Eddie was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout all of our interactions. We specifically drove out to this location from the OC because of how helpful he was over the phone when we inquired about getting a screen fixed. The quality, care, and pricing were all worth the drive.

I was in the market for either a modest phone upgrade or quick repair for my scratched iPhone 13 Pro, so wanted to check this place out over the long weekend. Bryce was very helpful and patient.
Decided on getting the 15 Pro from them, but couldn't successfully transfer my cellular data over due to ESIM restrictions/difficulties. They kindly refunded my money with no questions asked.
Will continue to shop at CIR and look into other options they may have in the near future. Great service and professionalism from this store.

My experience here was great. Eddies customer service is A1. They did an excellent job replacing the cracked screen on my iPhone. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs phone repair.

Either he did not want to help me or the guy was just being rude and didn’t know how to repair my iPhone. I drove 40 minutes after he said he needed me to come down and take the phone so he can figure out the issue and since it was the nearest place my insurance referred me to I had no other choice. After some troubleshooting and him running some tests the issue was not clear he was not straight forward about the exact problem causing my iPhone with certain issues. He then mentioned my device needing to be replaced but refused to submit that to my insurance because “then he would look bad” that he was unable to fix my phone. I thought it was a joke but he was dead serious. Unprofessional if you ask me and a waste of my time.

I’m beyond happy with the service I received with Eddie and Freddie at CIR. The motherboard in my iPhone was severely damaged and I had not backed up my phone in ages, so I was terrified I would lose all my pictures. I was given a loaner phone while my phone was repaired over the weekend, and they were able fix it up enough to save a backup of my data on their computer while I worked on getting a replacement phone. Eddie was kind enough to even offer me advice on how to best go about getting my new phone without breaking the bank. After he helped me transfer the data onto my new phone and set it up, and invited me to watch him delete the saved backup on his computer for my own peace of mind. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, they’ve gained a lifelong customer with this experience.

Woke up this morning to my old iPhone's battery almost exploding, decided to come here after searching & I'm so glad that I did! Eddie was the nicest person ever, was super informative going over the process, & got it done within an hour. I'm am super grateful and very impressed by his work! Will be coming back here for anything else needed in the future!

Came here to get a screen protector for my new phone. They were quick and literally half the price of the shop down the street from them which is closer to my home. In and out in less than 5 minutes!Should have just gone here in the first place since I have used their service twice before and was satisfied then. Now I know!

I've been going here for years. The best place to go to fix any iPhone. Their screens are very sturdy. Can still handle being dropped without cracking. They give you a free screen Procter as well. The manger is sweet. If you bring in multiple phones at once they will give you a great deal.they can also fix any bugs. I got my iPhone 13 fixed in under an hour. The Apple Store or geek squad sucks. Just go here.
