This Chase location have bad customer service. I’m not said other location. People’s working here have a bad attitude towards customer. I wonder why it have 1-2 stars.They make everything difficult here just to add my wife into account

I do not recommend opening an account here at this bank. I made that mistake last month and I'm definitely regretting that decision today because of the hassle I have gone through while my company that I work for was changing ownership and the delays of getting paid. Now I'm financially upside-down and screwed because you couldn't simply deposit my check so I could pay my bills that are already late. You said there would be a 1-2 week hold on my paycheck. And then you stamped it so that nobody else would cash it for me. THANKS ALOT. Why do I have an account with you if you won't let me manage my money????????

I can now see why a specific bank location can receive bad reviews, which this location has many poor reviews. I had made an appointment online at this location for Feb 14 with Graciela to handle some important matters regarding my account. Graciela called me the day before verify with me that I took the correct documents for our meeting. I went through a few unexpected issues to make it on time for our appointment at 1:30 on the 14th, but I did make it on time only to be told as soon as I walked in that Graciela had called in "sick" and another person would attend to be but that she was currently at lunch. I asked the attendant why I wasn't notified and she only said that the other employee would attend to me at some point. I told her that they are suppose to be a professional institution and that they were being anything but professional. It was Valentine's Day so I'd be willing to bet Graciela was doing something Valentine's related because she sounded fine on the phone less than 24 hours earlier. I had a tight schedule and went through a lot to make it on time for our appointment and still had others things scheduled for this day so I immediately left frustrated and didn't complete the business for which I had made the appointment. Chase has a vast amount of customers so unfortunately, some companies nowadays don't really care about angering customers given the fact they have so many. I ask hardly anything from this bank, all my banking is done online, with their bank app, and with other app and online services so the one rare time I needed to see one of their employees in person, they can't accommodate me the way they were suppose to. I'm extremely frustrated with them. I've been with them for decades, since before they were known as Chase Bank but I'm sure other banks would welcome me and give me better service.

People here think they are the bank owners or are the main chain in the corporation. Just asked for a card replacement and response was "use your phone". Hope this branch get close ASAP, worst experience ever, for this kind of people I'm thinking in switch my bank account to another institution.

This location is just okay! In my opinion the center is far too crowded and the bank is very small. I only go here if I'm in a rush and plan on waiting on a long time to use the atm.

Went to go open a business account and they didn't want to take me in. They said their banker is on lunch. Waited for 2 hours. Just to be told they can't. Go with another bank.

Graciela is always such a pleasure.She treats us like family every time we come to this branch. Although there are many Chase branches to chose from, we prefer Chino. Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service

I seemed as if no one was working there yesterday. The line was way to long. Looked around a couple of times in search of some help and no one cared to help me. Seen a couple of people talking in cubicles but didn't care to help me.

Almost four months now we have been trying to clear up a fraudulent charge on our credit card no excuse for this poor service. Worst customer service ever.

I have had an issue with a claim for over a month now and all I wanted was to speak with someone about the issue. I've been there four separate occasions and have been turned away every time without any help whatsoever. They have a different excuse for why no one can help me every time. I kept going to this specific location since that's where my issue took place but I would not waste my time again with their absolutely terrible customer service.

First off let me start by saying this place has the worst customer service! Secondly Chase Bank is just a bunch of thieves my boyfriend deposited money into the ATM inside the bank and while he was putting the money it went out of service so the machine just printed a little paper with a number to call! So he called the number and that's when his nightmare begins the person he talked to gave him such a hard time and okay she finally figured it out and she said that they would credit back his money he deposited 2K all 20s. So a couple of days later he gets his money back but only to get a letter a couple of days later saying that no they need to further investigate so they took his money and left him negative and this has just turned into a nightmare like we trust the banks with our money so they do not have the right to steal from people like this! So if your doing business with chase beware this bank is horrible people are not doing their job right! I just hope this matter gets resolved asap if not they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer! I wish I could give this place a negative 0 because they honestly deserve it.
