This location is just okay! In my opinion the center is far too crowded and the bank is very small. I only go here if I'm in a rush and plan on waiting on a long time to use the atm.

Went to go open a business account and they didn't want to take me in. They said their banker is on lunch. Waited for 2 hours. Just to be told they can't. Go with another bank.

I have had an issue with a claim for over a month now and all I wanted was to speak with someone about the issue. I've been there four separate occasions and have been turned away every time without any help whatsoever. They have a different excuse for why no one can help me every time. I kept going to this specific location since that's where my issue took place but I would not waste my time again with their absolutely terrible customer service.

First off let me start by saying this place has the worst customer service! Secondly Chase Bank is just a bunch of thieves my boyfriend deposited money into the ATM inside the bank and while he was putting the money it went out of service so the machine just printed a little paper with a number to call! So he called the number and that's when his nightmare begins the person he talked to gave him such a hard time and okay she finally figured it out and she said that they would credit back his money he deposited 2K all 20s. So a couple of days later he gets his money back but only to get a letter a couple of days later saying that no they need to further investigate so they took his money and left him negative and this has just turned into a nightmare like we trust the banks with our money so they do not have the right to steal from people like this! So if your doing business with chase beware this bank is horrible people are not doing their job right! I just hope this matter gets resolved asap if not they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer! I wish I could give this place a negative 0 because they honestly deserve it.

To be honest this place is in a shitty location and have shitty workers that don't look like they enjoy there job and half of them can barley provide help when you need it . I should have stayed at Wells Fargo

Came in to change my name on my account. They were soooo short staffed. I waited about 30-40 minutes to be seen and that was after someone after me came in and was even before me. Just stick to using the ATM machines here. The other chase in chino hills is Better

Drive thru atms machines here are so annoying and weird... i always can hear someone talks . Even with really low but pay attentions tthere always someone on the machine speakers and talking. Its probably the employee inside the bank. But one time i heard a guy was talking while im depositing money in the machine. I cant hear clearly he said something and i was like weird out. Then try to say what? He answer to me" he was like yess you" and i just ignored him after that. And yesterday same thing happend. I clearly heard a guy voice said " ahhhh these people " lol. Does anyone else ever heard that voices here???

Went in for wire transfer. Was told to wait for 15-20 mins and transaction will be completed the following morning. I waited for at least an hour before getting served. When I confronted the assistant bank manager as to why nobody suggested to do it the following day and not have to wait.

I had a handy man do some work at my home. I wrote out a check for $50.00 for the job. But the teller at the Chino Branch gave him $500.00! The check was made out properly. I went to the bank, and spoke to the Manager, and he refused to put the money back into my account, "because you know him." What does that have to do with it? It was too easy for the Manager to take the money out of the handyman's account! And his teller made the mistake. Manager insisted that it fell on to get me money. The handyman was not a friend. I had to hound the handyman a couple of weeks before I got my money. Horrible Customer Service!!

The worst Chase location!! I already have two accounts with Chase. Now I need open a new checking acount. The woman requet me provide residence proof. So I bring my DMV registration to her. She said the registration is unable to prove my residence. Is that a joke?! Fine. Then I login my online account to get the bank statement and my pay stub, these documents are indicated my name and address. She said she cannot accept these document thru e-mail. Need print out only! In other Chase location,they can accept documents thru e-mail. BUT THIS LOCATION IS REJECT! Fine. I use their computer to login my pay stub online account. Show the screen to the women. She said it's ok. But after few mins, she said it's still not working because their printer cannot print what she want to see!!! I JUST WANT TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT, NOT A CREDIT CARD. And I already have two accounts with them! Why you need so much documents?! I will change another location. I will never go here! I hope it can close soon. Build a supermarket will be better!!

Worst chase bank to goto for help. The supervisor has no power to make a decision. Explained a very simple issue, showed them example that on the mobile app my check deposit ckears but when i put same check deposit in atm check gets put on hold why? Past 10 years no issue but her answer was its our policy? Sorry we can't help you. Really great customer service.

My husband went in to cash a check from a side job he does, which is making porches. He went in showed his i.d they verified that his i.d was Real because it is, dmv issued, they also called to verify the person who gave him the check and every thing checked out. Then the manager sees him and comes to check his i.d and asks him if it's fake be says no they just checked it, so the manager checks it and says the hologram isn't showing up and stamps the check so he can't exchange it anywhere just because she said it was fake. This is UNFAIR treatment. My husband works hard and has no need for stealing and faking. I will be calling the branch to make a complaint!
