Went to buy meat to make dinner for my family, once ready to cook I open the bag were the meat was and it had the worst spoiled smell and pork chop had little white stuff on there. Of course I didn't feel safe making for my family and I, dinner was ruined! DO NOT buy meat from here!

It used to be Rio Rancho market, best place to buy meat "ranchera" to bbq carne asada, seasoned with lemon at very decent price. Had been coming here for years. New ownership Cardenas have changed the quality of the meat. Plus, it's extremely expensive now. I will find a new meat market.

When this was Rio Ranch the carne asada was great and I recommended this place to everyone. I went this past weekend and got Cardenas $13.99 a pound carne asada and was so disappointed. The flavor was not there the meat had a lot of fat so I don't think I will be coming back. Time to look for a new meat market for Asada.

Changed from Rio Rancho to Cardenas the carne asada was the best. Now the meat is trash poor quality high price. They also sold me spoiled chicken as well, they had it on sale stunk up my vehicle.

Maaaaan it's not even the store itself it's the associates, rude af. You ask them a question and they are very short like your being an inconvenience...if you don't like being in customer service then being in a retail is not for you. The registers are packed with one opened and you have associates helping when they want with there lights off and if you ask if there open, they basically give you a dirty look like " no" but someone is at there register. Make it make senssssse.

The meat is most of the time old. I bought a chicken and when I open the bag it smell so bad and it was foamy. Another time I bought bacon and it was expired.The cashiers specially the younger ones need to be more professional and bag the groceries not just stand there and rush the customers to bag the groceries they just paid for.
