It looks like they really push you to pay $25 to rush the process up. I have an appointment at 10am. They started unloading at 12:45pm. And there weren’t any lines of trucks… Just rude. Millions of people and fork lift drivers and they are all permanently on lunch:/ The boss is the strange person: playing kids games and all people around seems intimidated.

Friendly people. Before entering you need PPE. Unloaded for 1 hour. Shipping receiving very helpful and friendly. No overnight.

They unload super slow, and when u call to make an appointment, they don't answer your call. Plus, they don't bother to call you back when u leave a message

Very rude the truckers need to pay $25 or more so they can discharge them quickly and that’s not right.

Worked there 40 years ago as yard leadman operating a forklift. Nice job back then and good physical work. Interesting to see the company still in operation at the same Chino location.

Bought grade #1 lumber from Home Depot. Capital supplied the wood. Ordered a large amount of 12 foot lumber and these guys hid 7 badly beat up pieces inside the load. When it was delivered, all the outside lumber were as ordered, but wood hidden on the inside was low grade. Now quoted another week to wait to exchange the bad pieces, but cost me another day of labor costs. Bad business ethics. Don't use them unless you pick the wood yourself.
