Miscommunication when it came to delivery..Not 1 phone call to say hey we are here or we are in our way..Literally pull up and left within 1 minute..Not ring the door to ask where wanted it ..Left it in the curb now double the work to put it in the back ..BAD SERVICE FROM THE GIRL TAKING YOUR ORDER AND DRIVER ..CANT CALL AHEAD OR ATLEAST KNOCK IN THE DOOR TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE THERE ..

Very bad customer service, and the worst thing is, the material is delivered to you in very bad condition bad for themselves?I would not shop there again, I prefer to go much further and get better quality products related to gardening.

Great experience all around. I was really considering seed and then found the California Sod Center's prices at nearly half of what Home Depot and Lowes were charging for sod. The delivery driver was a little earlier than the drop off window, but laid the pallets right where we needed them saving us a bunch of time. I am very happy with the product as well. We luckily got a big rain the week after we put in our roughly 1000 sq ft. Will update after the first mow in a couple of weeks.

The best service Customer Service. Best Quality of Sod . The driver that delivered our Sod give us the best service . We placed order for two homes. I recommend the company to the business owner that installed our sod.

Hate having to write a negative review but hopefully others learn from my experience. But approximately 800 ft of the superior fescue. About 40% of the grass received was already showing a questionable condition (yellowing and foul odor). Of the 40% half of it was not installed due to rot. We proceeded to install the sod we thought was salvageable and threw away the rest ( we ordered 20% extra sod allowing this option). The process to document and open a return claim was painful and long drawn to say the least, they offered to replace only what we return and we just simply did not have the time to load rotting sod and run the risk of receiving sod in the same condition again.We followed the recommended watering schedule and the soil was sproperly amended before installation. Within days of installing all the grass began to show signs of rot and now 2 months later 95% of the grass is dead after hiring a professional to intervene waiting for October to replace with new sod from a different supplier.

Best prices in SoCal. Was giving their information from my landscaper. Purchased a few hundred square feet of Sod at best price. Only downside is their location is difficult to find.

I placed a small order for my home. When I called to confirm I specifically requested the location for the drop off near the parkway that I was putting the sod in. It was delivered to the opposite side of the house. No ring at the door no phone call in advance. If you want your order delivered to a specific location to ease your work be very specific when you call. And ask them to call you prior to arrival. Then you can meet the truck driver and share exactly where you want it This would've been helpful to know in advance. Unfortunately the phone operator never specified my request to place the sod on the driveway. I had to physically move each roll myself. Tripled the job. I did call to see if the driver could come back and move it for me but they would not accommodate me.

They're nice on the phone but need to explain the protocol in picking up sod in your own vehicle. They're all in a big hurry and the loaders set the forks down WAY to fast and dented the fender wells inside the bed of my truck....couldn't see it until I off-loaded the last rolls at home. I can operate a forklift better than that!!!

I bought sod from this company and the grass dried in three days . They didn't want too give me my money back . Francisco is very unprofessional. I've spent thousands there and they didn't want too refund 300 sq ft
