All I can say for this location is I’m happy they actually had stock of the iPhone screen we were replacing. You’d figure the latest model there would be ample spare parts available but we had to go to two stores before we found one that had replacement screens. I also felt the wait for geek squad was entirely too long. On a Saturday I’d figure that space swarming with reps but to only have two and have to wait 45 mins just to get to the point of intake even if you have an appointment seems a might bit ridiculous, but maybe I’m expecting too much.

Decent selection on Tvs and some on special in store only. Few items missed labeled so make sure you confirm price before getting to register.

Todd Varell he claimed to be the store manager, earlier today accused us of stealing, made us wake up our baby sleeping in the stroller insisting we put a speaker inside the stroller, we open up the cover and obviously nothing was found!!! my baby woke up for nothing!! still didn't believe, calls his security guy to double check again and then he just says Oh I am sorry my apologies, Best Buy you need to better train your employees!!!! My other 2 boys were scared when everything was happening!!!!

I went in to upgrade my phone from the fold 3 to the s24 ultra after having two failed attempts at two previous Best Buy locations. 1st location (Eastvale) said they had the phone in stock. They proceeded to log in to my account and then telling me they didnt have the phone in stock. So I drove to the next nearest location that had the phone in stock. The second location (Riverside) had the phone in stock but were not able to access my account because the 1st location locked it. The lady at the second location didn't do anything to try and unlock it or even call verizon. Then she said she had to leave. So visited this Best Buy in Chino, CA the next day and was helped by David. He was amazing! Great customer service! Explained everything to me from different plans to trading in my old phone. He was even able to access my locked account and access my nonworking phone. I am very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back to this location eventhough it's a longer drive from me. Thank you David!

I really liked the customer service I received from the young lady there. She was very informative about knowing the items there. Liked what they had there. Bought a PC, and a wave monitor with the head gear. The monitor is amazing. Clarity is off the charts.
