This is a horrible bank . Please everyone do not open a CD with this disrespectful bank. They are the worst of worst . They don’t give you information about your money ones you deposit into a cd .I was treated so bad by this bank????

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They are constantly declining transactions stating it’s fraud. I’m questioned how my funds are spent and the wait time to resolve these issues are over 30 mins.

The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to speak Spanish to me even after attending a different Spanish speaker right in front of me. Extremely disrespectful !

Best experience at this branch! Waited a bit but every time you go into a bank, dmv, dental office etc you're going to have to wait. The banker and tellers were friendly and respectful and they take pride in their job.

Their is one lady that works their she had horrible customer service with me. I chose this bank because my father referred me here but Bank Of The West gave me a total $400.00 in fees the fees money amount varied depending on the fee. I took my money out and closed my account. They only agreed to giving me $70.00 back in return. The fees was because I would pay a little bit more than what I had of money so they would give me fees. Doesn't any other bank activate decline in your card if you don't have enough funds in your checking account? Overall I give it one star. They also promised me to give me $25.00 in reference to switching with them and even though I had months with them they never deposited that money.

I was skeptical of driving here from Moreno Valley because of the reviews & happen to be the closet in the area. I had to take money off because I was getting my card replaced and the service was pretty good & fast.

It's Friday, 25 people in line with only one teller available. Beyond frustration. Total disregard for customer service. Managers are on-site but refuse to help customers standing in line.

This has to be the worse bank I’ve ever had. I closed my checking account on a Wednesday due to Bank’s minimal branch location. Then 3 days later my bank was still open and not closed. I called customer service to get some assistance but I was on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up. Stay away from this bank. If I could give it a negative star I would ?

Horrible service, antiquated processes. Tried calling customer service for a compromised debit card, on hold for 2 hrs and gave up.. Called branch. They said come in and we will help. Go in and they give you a form to fill out. SMH! They should be called Bank if the Worst! If I could give them a negative score I would.

Worst bank ever. They have only 2 tellers and 1 Banker Mr. Scott because Sarah was at lunch. Sarah I think that's her name comes back and to my surprise she can't open or close a ira account. They take so long to service people here. I think the DMV moves Faster at this point they will close and I won't get service. Scott took a whole hour opening a account I would think closing a acc would be fast, but the process took a hour and we only cross words to each other during that hour. I would think Mr. Scott has the title to cash or print checks, but no he had to wait in line like any other person. Wow the tellers take forever to service that wasn't a joke he waited in like to get a check. This is the reason I open a account at Navy Federal. Run from this bad slow a** place. As time goes on, and management changes, places change also. I did not go here based on Yelp, or a friends referral, I came here with no choice but to handle a specific situation with this specific brand bank. Lucky for me, I was directed to the very capable, understanding, and sincere Branch Manager- Sandra Fahim, in regards to a very grey area scenario which usually takes banks many business days or weeks (if you ever hear back) to resolve. She resolved my unique scenario with unheard of instantaneous service. Sandra is a model of what customer service and thinking outside of the box looks like. Thank you again Sandra, for putting yourself in the customers shoes and removing the heavy weight that was on my shoulders. I hope others take the time to add their experiences of how great she is!
