Please be Careful when pulling money out here someone put card readers into the drive thru atm machine and they're going to take your money once you leave I was victim please be careful I know to be smarter next time and go inside the bank to pull out money

I’ve been with B of A since January 7, 1939; NO PROBLEMS UNTIL 2000’S. MERRILL EDGE IS good; simple online banking…GREAT. I received everything I needed (equity line) until the 2000’s. With $4.8 M in property debt free I was refused an equity line THIS YEAR…failure !!!

I came to open a savings account. I was surprised that I needed an appointment for this, especially because I already have my parents living trust here. After banking with a credit union I was sure a teller would open the account, but I was wrong. Not the best service here. They make simple things complicated. I also find it odd that a cash deposit regardless of the amount, requires an ID. Again, not required at my credit union? Thinking of closing my accounts here.

Most rude customer service ever. Now I understand why robots are taking over. Why have someone at front counter if they will just walk away on you and not try to assist you with a problem. I just asked how can I get a check verified ? Is it so hard to call the person who wrote a check to confirm it’s valid ? You have their info right ? or is that to much to ask ???

I needed to rollover a Roth IRA and although the appointment schedule was full they gave me a time slot and was helped by Alonzo. He was friendly, patient, and easy to work with.Thank you Alonzo for your genuine customer service and financial referral to Merrill.

I'm not sure what the issue with everyone else but everytime I go to this branch, the staff is friendly to me. The tellers are friendly and accomodating so I'm not sure what the other negative fusses are about.

Does it even matter to leave a review? First time in this bank trying to cash my check, Gabriela teller or as I was told manager was Beyond the most rude person I've encountered. Was ask what do I need rather than how can I help you. Over all worse experience.

Been a customer for some years, ugh usually only 2 bank tellers, mostly a long wait in line. Going to close my checking going to chase whare I bank there also great customer service no long wait in lines

I come in here occasionally for my banking needs, and there's no consistency with customer service, greeting the customer, and being profiled for banking needs to pull you out line for faster service. I know it's not the tellers fault when there's only one or two of them working with a line of 20+ people. I blame management for not addressing the simplest thing when it comes to customer relations "Customer Service". Management can't make frequent announcements about why the lines are so long and that we will be attended shortly?? Or even a simple apology, that goes a long way in itself. As large as this bank is, it's by far the worst managed. I've been to much smaller Bank of America's, and I walk in with the breeze and walk out in a short time. They need to have a minimum of four tellers working at peak hours not one or two. Again this is a management issue.

If you can find another BofA to go to DO IT!! Went in about 9am to pull cash and there was about 15 people in line with 2 tellers working. You could tell the one teller was having issues resolving someone's problem cuz she kept having to walk away. Then the other guy was a business teller and he was also taking forever to help that person. While this is going on we have 2 women discussing were two Christmas wreaths should be hung up! "I like it here." "Well I think it looks better over here!" Finally one guy asked the 2 women hanging the wreaths of they could open another teller. She said when they are done they will help you. He said maybe helping get this line down instead of hanging wreaths would be better and she said it was for the holiday spirit. NEWS FLASH!! PEOPLE DON'T COME TO THE BANK FOR HOLIDAY SPIRIT! Once he said that they processed to "look" busy and started asking people in line what they needed! We need you guys to open more tellers and actually do your fuckin job instead of hanging Christmas decor you d*** b***** All in all it took about 30 mins of waiting! Absolutely ridiculous!
