If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst bank and worst customer service. They have a teller go to lunch from 12 to one and then they close at 4 PM so normal people aren't able to do any banking.

This bank exemplifies the definition of inefficiency... Its a joke when you make an appointment here because they absolutely don't care. A lot of people working but seems like they're all occupied with something other than customers in front of them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Came in 2 twice and the last needed fax service as a customer and got denied. Reading all the reviews for this branch - they don't treat us like customers. This is not excellent service as BOA claims then.

TERRIBLE SERVICE idk why but I think cause I'm not Asian they stared at me and thought I was stealing lol they asked me am I waiting for someone and thought I was suspicious never come here there racist toward non Asian people WELLS FARGO IS WAY. BETTER THERE SUPER RACIST HERE PLEASE DONT COME maybe if you're white or Asian you get better treatment why is this place like this they should fire these racist employees

#BankOfAmerica I'm forced to use @BankofAmerica. I currently Bank also with Wells Fargo, but there's a reason why I have to use #BankOfAmerica. I can remember recalling from memory such a horrible feeling that I would get in my gut when dealing with #BankOfAmerica. And it's unbelievable that after all these years of me closing my account due to their snobbish attitude and unwillingness to help the customer they haven't improved their customer service. It's worse! They actually look me in the eye and told me they didn't know what to tell me on an issue. I was referd to online banking customer service. This is supposed to be a technical person, right well 'Laquisha' (true name) told me why don't I call back another day and then we can explore our options there then I said well Let's Pretend We're Time Travelers what would you tell me then after a couple of days waiting she just went around and circles and I go aren't you supposed to be providing me some sort of troubleshooting steps this is the technical department right unbelievable unbelievable Bank of America has the worst customer service in the entire world now I'm sure that there are people who have issues with Wells Fargo but I like Wells Fargo they tend to be more courteous to their customers. Bank of America is horrible, just horrible. I plan on closing my account, and I encourage any family and friends to no longer bank with Bank of America if they don't want to lose money and lower the quality of their life do to the way they DON'T help their customers.

I come in here occasionally for my banking needs, and there's no consistency with customer service, greeting the customer, and being profiled for banking needs to pull you out line for faster service. I know it's not the tellers fault when there's only one or two of them working with a line of 20+ people. I blame management for not addressing the simplest thing when it comes to customer relations "Customer Service". Management can't make frequent announcements about why the lines are so long and that we will be attended shortly?? Or even a simple apology, that goes a long way in itself. As large as this bank is, it's by far the worst managed. I've been to much smaller Bank of America's, and I walk in with the breeze and walk out in a short time. They need to have a minimum of four tellers working at peak hours not one or two. Again this is a management issue.

If you can find another BofA to go to DO IT!! Went in about 9am to pull cash and there was about 15 people in line with 2 tellers working. You could tell the one teller was having issues resolving someone's problem cuz she kept having to walk away. Then the other guy was a business teller and he was also taking forever to help that person. While this is going on we have 2 women discussing were two Christmas wreaths should be hung up! "I like it here." "Well I think it looks better over here!" Finally one guy asked the 2 women hanging the wreaths of they could open another teller. She said when they are done they will help you. He said maybe helping get this line down instead of hanging wreaths would be better and she said it was for the holiday spirit. NEWS FLASH!! PEOPLE DON'T COME TO THE BANK FOR HOLIDAY SPIRIT! Once he said that they processed to "look" busy and started asking people in line what they needed! We need you guys to open more tellers and actually do your fuckin job instead of hanging Christmas decor you d*** b***** All in all it took about 30 mins of waiting! Absolutely ridiculous!

This branch sucks!!! Save yourself the time to even deal with ANY incompetent EMPLOYEES that this branch have. It's sad to even think those people work for a bank. This review is from multiple experiences and not just from a one time visit.

Just left the bank where I was the ONLY person NOT greeted as I walked into the bank. I was the ONLY person in line that was NOT asked if I could be assisted with something outside the line. When it was my turn the representative did not greet me, once she handled my transaction she proceeded to work on something else. I was confused because she didn't thank nor give me any indication the transaction was over until I asked "are we done" she said "yes" then I said confusely "your welcome" the representative Maria Garcia was extremely rude and has no place in customer service. I am convinced this behavior and lack of customer service was due to me being BLACK since I was the only person of color in the bank and the only person of color not obtaining the same customer service as others.

This bank is extremely inefficient. The tellers are very Slow and not enough tellers etc. Waited over 20 minutes to make a deposit. Came in one morning at 10 am. There are signs about Covid and masks all over the windows and the bank is appearing ghetto.

Went in today, teller on the business line was a bit rude, raised her voice, not very professional, especially when there is other customers around. I just asked her if I can get a receipt, her response was "next time tell me ahead of time". Don't we normally get a receipt???? Very bad customer service. I hardly to go inside, I usually use the ATM, but occasionally I do need to go in. Been a customer of B OF A over 40 years.

7 staffs dressed up standing taking shit in the lobby and watching a bunch of clients waiting in line, there is a teller behind the counter! This is ridiculous!
