I have been coming to Sham & Jay for a few years now. My husband and I both drive Toyotas and I take both cars here for service and maintenance. Sham & Jay are the nicest people, great customer service and friendly! They take great care of the cars! They will recommend if your car may need additional service (only if needed) but I never feel pressured which I appreciate. Oil changes are quick - in & out in 45 min (there is a waiting area). Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment as they are very busy. 100% recommend and will keep coming back. Thank you Sham & Jay!

I own a Honda Civic 2012 with a 140k miles on it. There was some dried up oil residue around the vtec solenoid area and I was concerned that I needed to replace the gasket (based on the research I did on YouTube).Anyway,I came across Auto Technik and saw all their great reviews so I called and spoke with Sham. He was very helpful and since my car was due for an oil and filter change he said he'd be willing to take a look and give an honest opinion. So, I scheduled an appt for the following week. This place is busy, an appt is necessary...which is a good sign!At the appt, I spoke with Sham. We talked about what we had spoken over the phone which he remembered. He wrote up the paperwork, I signed as usual, then he led me to the waiting room where I would wait. About 15-30 min later, the oil and filter was completed, they did a tire rotation (no additional fees) since my Maintenance Minder indicated it.Sham then asked for me to come and follow him so that I could see the oil residue (he called it oil moisture) in the areas affected. It was around the solenoid area and below it such as the timing belt cover.He said honestly, he didn't notice any active leakage. Areas were dry and since I hadn't notice any active leakage (oil pooling on the ground or oil level dropping) it's fine but to just keep an eye on it.That they'll look at it again in the next oil and filter change. They proceeded to tell me my tires were in good shape (90% level), brake pads were good (90% level), rotors were glazed that could lead to squeaking at times, etc). I was so appreciative that they felt things were fine and they didn't recommend that I get the gasket or vtec solenoid assembly replaced. I'm so glad I found my auto repair shop for my Honda when I really need to get work done! Thanks Sham for being honest and looking out for the little guy! =)

Amazing,tremendous, outstanding service. If you ever need work done on your car, please go to Jarred. He handles everything very professionally and you can trust the quality and genuineness behind the work. He fixed my water pump , timing belt and rack and pinion in a timely manner and showed me all the work and parts insuring me that everything was taken care of correctly. Definitely a trustworthy.

I decided to go to Auto Technik repair shop to have my Honda Odyssey oil change done. Sham the owner was very nice and explained to me their routine maintenance for my van. He also gave me future maintenance quotes and prices that should be done since my vehicle is already high in mileage. He did not push me into any extras or sell me into doing anything but my routine oil change. I suggest you call them first for any appointments as you can tell in the reviews this place has great reputation. They are well organized with all their appointments. They will be my go to shop for any car maintenance or repair I will need in the future. Thank you Sham!

I do most of the maintenance and repairs on my 2000 4Runner, but there are some projects you hand over to the experts with more experience and access to more specialized tools and equipment. We all hope to know where to find honest and competent techs. These are the guys. They are very thorough and trustworthy. They answer all my questions without being condescending or impatient. Everyone has a great and friendly attitude. Most recently, I could feel something in my brakes that made me think I might need new front pads. The mechanics do a safety check when I go for an oil change. By the way, these guys don't strip the threads and cause my oil to leak like some places have. The mechanics reassured me that my front pads were at 90%; but at the left rear, the brake shoe was stuck and the right one was soaked with oily fluid. When I bought this SUV in 2019, a different shop told me the left shoe was stuck, so they couldn't inspect it. At some point I paid that same shop to extract the stuck shoe and replace both. I wonder now if they actually did. They certainly didn't tell me anything about a leak.Day one: Auto Technik extracted the stuck shoe and removed the other. They found that my axle bearings were worn, causing play that compromised the seals. The contamination in the brake shoes was differential fluid and that's why one became stuck. Sham explained that my axles would be sent to a machine shop with the correct sized press for replacing the bearings. That took place on day two. Day three: Mechanics reinstalled axles and replaced the brake shoes. I was pleased and impressed that Sham--the personable and knowledgeable guy at the front desk--took photos for me. I never felt inconvenienced, because no on tried to sugar coat anything related to cost or time. I knew what I was in for, but Sham gave me a bit of a discount that I very much appreciate. Mostly, I am grateful in knowing the issues have been resolved without rushing or stringing me along. I highly recommend Auto Technik Carcare.

This place is great and I will only bring my vehicle here. Sham and Jay are two of the most honest and kind professionals and they ensure their clients are taken care of. Make sure to book your appointment at least a week or two in advance- they have tons of clients. That should tell you how great they are!

This was the best experience I ever had at a car shop! I came in for routine maintenance and oil change, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I don't know anything about cars and this was my first time coming here after recently moving to the area. The owner thoroughly checked and explained each step of what I needed, as well as provided a detailed report at the end with additional advice. The price, quality, and service are all unmatched. I would highly recommend Auto Technik Carcare :-D
