“I have been taking my 2021 Toyota Tundra to Chao at WSC Auto Center for over two years after my free dealership service expired at Toyota of Montclair. Each time I am amazed at how quickly he gets customers in and out. At WSC I have never seen a mechanic standing around or shooting the breeze. Each mechanic is focused on the task and Chao's mission to provide the best quality service in a timely manner. Chao is extremely knowledgable on every type of vehicle on the road and sometimes I or one of my friends call him to inquire about a car related question. He always takes the time to patiently answer questions or even assist a local high school student with aspirations to become a mechanic. Finally, he will never charge you for repairs you dont need (regardless of whether youre a male or female). His mechanics are meticulus when they conduct their safety checks. Essentially, you receive dealership service without the long waits, misdiagnostics, and large repair bills.
Where should you take your vehicle? If you're taking it anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake! Chao is the best!”

“I have been coming to Sham & Jay for a few years now. My husband and I both drive Toyotas and I take both cars here for service and maintenance. Sham & Jay are the nicest people, great customer service and friendly! They take great care of the cars! They will recommend if your car may need additional service (only if needed) but I never feel pressured which I appreciate. Oil changes are quick - in & out in 45 min (there is a waiting area). Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment as they are very busy. 100% recommend and will keep coming back. Thank you Sham & Jay!”

“Somebody hit my car while it was parked at the complex I live at. I believe it to be one of my neighbors who hit my car,and they did not inform me.
I had never been hit before, nor have I ever got in a car accident in my over 20 years of driving. So, this process of going through insurance for an accident is completely new to me.
Progressive is my insurance, and they made the process super easy. Sent a few pics, and the insurance claims adjuster took care of the rest.
They set me up with one of their in network auto body repair shops. Caliber Collision is who they sent me to. They sent my info to them.
Caliber Collision called me the next day to set an appointment to bring my car in. I bring it in at the time of the appointment . Right away, they looked at my car and gave me a rough evaluation of whats going to be done to fix it. He did inform me it could sometime to fix it. I expected about 2 weeks. I left my car there , that process of the appointment didn't take more than 10 minutes.
They assigned a specialist named Emily to my case. Every day, she kept me informed in detail of the progress of fixing the damage by text and call. In less than 6 days they fixed the damage. It looks good as new!
In this day in age , prompt , above, and beyond service is extremely rare these days. Caliber Collision is all of that. And I appreciate how they made this process seamless and stress-free.

“Wife & I have been coming to Tony and his shop nearly a decade. He's never steered us wrong. His service is honest & transparent, prices good. For example, the AC in our Lexus went on a fritz a couple of years back. He troubleshot it to a vent motor failure. It was an expensive repair at $1500+. But he researched Lexus' TSB's and informed us this'd be something a dealer might fix without charge. Oh man were we happy to hear that! Sure enough Longo Lexus fixed it under TSB without charge.
Yay to Lexus for standing behind their cars.
Double yayy to Tony for his way of doing business with integrity. He's got us as customers for life. I can't recommend Integrity Auto highly enough.
PS. Even shops he refer us to for body work and window tinting are some of the best I've experienced. But I'll review those businesses separately at a later time.”

“I used this auto repair shop for an insurance claim. I could not be happier with the level of service. From the beginning I was greeted by Sarkis who answered all of my questions. The front office staff was great to work with. When I went to pick up my truck, they noticed a couple of pieces of trim not related to the insurance claim that were loose. They reattached them at no charge. I would not hesitate to use this shop for any of my future repair”
“Shout out to Andy and the folks at Chino Autotech! I gave them a try last fall and have since been back a couple of times for additional work, and everything so far has just been spot on. Prices are very fair, workmanship has been excellent, and everything is always done when promised. Most recently they fixed up the worn out and tired AC system in my 20+ year old Ford F350 and it effortlessly kept things cool and comfortable while out in the desert this weekend... just like when it was new! “Sergio and his crew are amazing. I just needed a ball bearing replacement on my passenger side back tire. Pep Boy’s ripped out my back brake’s three time’s….because they had no clue what the noise in my car was. They quoted me $821 for a fix. I did. have enough money to pay whatever they were charging me for. Sergio and his crew fixed my car for $270. My little car now sound’s and run’s amazing. I was also in and out Sergio’s shop in one hour. I will only ever go to Sergio for everything….We are also both Chino High School Alum’s.♥️”

“Sarkis was absolutely phenomenal. He fixes big jobs and small jobs too! Very knowledgeable. I walked in to get my glove department box fixed and not only did he complete this job with "lightening speed" but he also checked my cabin filter & discovered that it was full of tree bristles which had been affecting my AC. I had been to several mechanics before to explain that I was seeing what looked like smoke from my vent when I turned the AC on and no one had been able to diagnose the problem and instead told me that it was normal..I never even mentioned this to Sarkis and he discovered the problem, described the symptoms to me and then fixed the problem! and now I can turn on my AC with no smoke/fumes!! and I only went there for my glove department box! I received the 2 for 1 special!!! and he gave me a great deal! I had checked with the dealer and they quoted me a price of $500 to fix my glove dept. box.. and wanted me to schedule an appointment and leave for car for the day. Sarkis fixed my glove dept. box and discovered my AC problem all in about 15 minutes!!!! Satisfied is an understatement!!!! I am So happy that I walked into his place of business. If I need any other work done on my car/truck ... this is where I'll be going. He was very helpful and professional and prompt with his knowledge and skills! Highly recommended!!”
