“Somebody hit my car while it was parked at the complex I live at. I believe it to be one of my neighbors who hit my car,and they did not inform me.
I had never been hit before, nor have I ever got in a car accident in my over 20 years of driving. So, this process of going through insurance for an accident is completely new to me.
Progressive is my insurance, and they made the process super easy. Sent a few pics, and the insurance claims adjuster took care of the rest.
They set me up with one of their in network auto body repair shops. Caliber Collision is who they sent me to. They sent my info to them.
Caliber Collision called me the next day to set an appointment to bring my car in. I bring it in at the time of the appointment . Right away, they looked at my car and gave me a rough evaluation of whats going to be done to fix it. He did inform me it could sometime to fix it. I expected about 2 weeks. I left my car there , that process of the appointment didn't take more than 10 minutes.
They assigned a specialist named Emily to my case. Every day, she kept me informed in detail of the progress of fixing the damage by text and call. In less than 6 days they fixed the damage. It looks good as new!
In this day in age , prompt , above, and beyond service is extremely rare these days. Caliber Collision is all of that. And I appreciate how they made this process seamless and stress-free.

“Sarkis was absolutely phenomenal. He fixes big jobs and small jobs too! Very knowledgeable. I walked in to get my glove department box fixed and not only did he complete this job with "lightening speed" but he also checked my cabin filter & discovered that it was full of tree bristles which had been affecting my AC. I had been to several mechanics before to explain that I was seeing what looked like smoke from my vent when I turned the AC on and no one had been able to diagnose the problem and instead told me that it was normal..I never even mentioned this to Sarkis and he discovered the problem, described the symptoms to me and then fixed the problem! and now I can turn on my AC with no smoke/fumes!! and I only went there for my glove department box! I received the 2 for 1 special!!! and he gave me a great deal! I had checked with the dealer and they quoted me a price of $500 to fix my glove dept. box.. and wanted me to schedule an appointment and leave for car for the day. Sarkis fixed my glove dept. box and discovered my AC problem all in about 15 minutes!!!! Satisfied is an understatement!!!! I am So happy that I walked into his place of business. If I need any other work done on my car/truck ... this is where I'll be going. He was very helpful and professional and prompt with his knowledge and skills! Highly recommended!!”

He immediately greeted me warm and welcome. I stopped by because my check engine light was on and he immediately grabbed a diagnostic tool, came out to my car And pinpointed the problem less than five minutes. Turns out we need a new thermostat and my brake fluid was low. This AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him that actually cares and takes care of customers.
