Sarkis was absolutely phenomenal. He fixes big jobs and small jobs too! Very knowledgeable. I walked in to get my glove department box fixed and not only did he complete this job with "lightening speed" but he also checked my cabin filter & discovered that it was full of tree bristles which had been affecting my AC. I had been to several mechanics before to explain that I was seeing what looked like smoke from my vent when I turned the AC on and no one had been able to diagnose the problem and instead told me that it was normal..I never even mentioned this to Sarkis and he discovered the problem, described the symptoms to me and then fixed the problem! and now I can turn on my AC with no smoke/fumes!! and I only went there for my glove department box! I received the 2 for 1 special!!! and he gave me a great deal! I had checked with the dealer and they quoted me a price of $500 to fix my glove dept. box.. and wanted me to schedule an appointment and leave for car for the day. Sarkis fixed my glove dept. box and discovered my AC problem all in about 15 minutes!!!! Satisfied is an understatement!!!! I am So happy that I walked into his place of business. If I need any other work done on my car/truck ... this is where I'll be going. He was very helpful and professional and prompt with his knowledge and skills! Highly recommended!!

Got into a silly accident and my insurance company Mercury tried sending me to a different place, but after looking at reviews I found this place and decided to go with my gut. They got my car back to me with in 17 days which was literally half the time of the estimate from the other place.My bumper looks great and the paint job matches.Everybody I spoke to was very helpful so the process was as good as you can hope for when dealing with getting your car fixed.Melissa, Sarkis, Bill and Alonzo were the 4 people I dealt with directly and each person was friendly, helpful and thorough. Apparently mercury will be covered here soon so that's good. Drive safely! There's a lot of shitty drivers out there

Sarkis, the owner is such a kind man. Not only did he repair my clutch but repaired other small things on my older car without charging me. This is my 2nd wonderful experience with Chino Auto Repair. If you have to wait on site, they also have a beautiful waiting area that is nicer than my own living room. I have been so happy with their service. I'm so grateful for this place.

I can't thank this place enough... my breaks went out and I needed four rotors and break pads. I showed up here at 4:15pm and they were able to service my car for me last minute. I had my two girls with me and we were accommodated with a room that had two couches and a tv for the kids to watch. They had a bunch of candy too, which I know my girls enjoyed. They called around for the best prices for the parts I needed. I really feel that they went above and beyond and I am so thankful for that. This will be the auto shop we take our cars to from now on.

I took my 2009 Toyota RAV4 in for rear damage caused from a fender bender. Rear bumper and spare tire cover were crunched in pretty good and hatch/trunk was different to open. Sarkis and everyone there is absolutely amazing, kind, helpful and attentive. Took about three weeks to get my vehicle back (back order parts due to Covid slowed things down a bit) but boy oh boy does she look brand new and the hatch/truck opens like butter again !! Thank you chino auto repair and collision for the amazing work !

Had my truck fixed made everything look good . Bit look at the detail they say they have done . He made it look good but didnt put a new part like he said . But wife was happy . So how do you say ...Happy Wife HAPPY LIFE!

I was driving through town and had my alternator go out on the freeway. I called AAA and Christian was my driver. You never know who/what you're going to get sometimes, but I was SO happy to be sent to Chino Auto Repair.I work a bunch and had meetings all day, so Sarkis, the manager took care of me from start to finish and even texted rather than called so that I could continue to work. (They were also flexible with when I could pick my car up.)Glad I got "stuck" with you guys! Thank you for your help!
