John at UBreakfix is the consummate professional. I came to this establishment with a problem of transferring data on a damaged phone. It was handled like a real pro by John. Now mind you, my phone was completely dark from damage. I would recommend this business to anyone who maybe frustrated by the lack of help by your carrier. Mark was also a great help. These guys operated with integrity and helpfulness. Thanks a bunch John and Mark.

I'm actually pretty upset bcz I spent 95 dollars on a replacement battery and it still charges ridiculously slowly. They did their best but I'm surprised the charging port wasn't diagnosed as well. I bought a fast wall charger and fast car charger and NEITHER could charge it beyond 50 percent...Headed back over there now to see what my options are.
