I tried this shop for the first time and recieved excellent service! I had my name sewn on my leather vest and they did a perfect wonderful job!!!! Im very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

I was going to start an ecommerce store for graphic tees of my own design. The first meeting was...OK, was kinda rude and felt like she didn't want to do business with me. I brought my own shirts and then started to do business. When I finally made the order, she said it would take 3 weeks. Then it became 4 weeks, 5 weeks, and 6 weeks. Out of no where she said that I needed to bring 2 or 3 extra pair of white shirts because the shirts had yellow paint on them. Which was very strange because I don't have any yellow paint or ink in my house anywhere and I haven't taken these shirts out of their bags since I got them.But what made it more absurd was the fact that she tried to pin the blame on me, that I was the one who put ink on them. LKE WHY!?! I had over 60 high quality shirts ruined because of this place! They could've done a test print to see how well it goes on my shirts, but no they just kept going until all of my shirts were messed up.When I got them....unsellable,the print on my black shirts weren't smooth, cracked even, didn't seem to stick on the shirt. The white shirts were even worse, the ink didn't dry at all, it gets all over my fingers and I had to wear gloves.I want to emphasize that the lady tried to PIN THE BLAME ON ME for the yellow ink. Just to put the icing on the cake, she made our uniforms in my old high school. When I she found out that I went to the school she worked with she tried to be all decent and interested. Even though she made me waste hundreds of dollars. The audacity and disrespect .Don't go here.Find somewhere else.

The lady who answers the phone is awful, so rude and I’m trying to give her business. This is a local company we are trying to support and we were treated rudely during the appointment process, ordering process and pick up process. I was going to go with an embroidery company in the OC initially and I wish I would have.

This is the rudest place I've ever been. They're never on time to help you. When they say coming we're sitting or STANDING for 20 minutes and no one comes to help. I hear the sewing machine going in the back!! I've sewed for over 30 years. It takes a minute to stop and help a customer and go back to what you're doing. She also snapped at us like we were kids telling us not to touch the letterman jackets displayed...you've lost your mind! Save yourself some time and steer far away from this place. They must think customers need them more than they need them. The lady tries to be nice at times but her bad attitude is ingrained. Stop advertising in school pamphlets about your business if you don't have the staff to help customers or improve your BAD customer service!!!! My niece got her jacket ordered same time as ours and it's done and looks very professional and the customer service was outstanding. This place needs to CLOSE down or go through public relations training. Schools STOP LETTING THIS BUSINESS ADVERTISE IN YOUR FOOTBALL BOOKLETS!!!

I ordered my sons letterman's jacket here because I found out it was cheaper than the other places I was recommended. I called, made an appointment for the next day. When we got here, we were 7 minutes early and knew it and went inside anyways. There was one other customer inside they were helping so we just looked around. The place is really small!!! No one said anything to us, so we just browsed. This lady came out from the back and asked if we were the 2pm appointment and I said yes. She rudely tells me we are early and need to wait. Duhhhhh! Once they were ready to take our order a young guy helped us. He wasn't nice or mean. When we had a question about something he had to go in the back and ask someone (I think it was the rude lady) you can totally hear that lady screaming at him to look for it himself! Lmaoooo! It was sad to hear! Poor worker. Remember this is a small store. We placed our order and left! Funny thing... my son said "that rude lady who yelled at the guy helping us must've been his mom, no one would yell like that to a stranger " LMAOOOO! The jacket is nice, but because we added stuff to it, the price was the same as other places. Next time I'd go somewhere else. You spend a lot of money... might as well get better customer service.

I brought in a work shirt to get a 1" embroidered star put on it. There were already some stars there and I wanted to add one more. I asked if they could match the star and the color, they said Yes. First, it took them one week to complete the work (a 1 inch embroidered star). Second, when I picked up the finished product, it did not match what so ever. She asked if that was okay, and unfortunately for me, embroidery is pretty final.A better option would have been for her to do a sample on a separate piece of cloth and then asked me if that was okay, before she ruined my $150 work shirt.Look at the picture, see if you can pick which one is from AMR Designs.Absolutely Unacceptable!
