This location is always losing my stuff, they never get anything out of that warehouse like every other warehouse. Order all of my stuff at the same time, get everything that don't have to go through Chino. Your tracker will say in transit 2 days after your delivery due date when it's actually lost and no further updates can be given. This location should be closed immediately! I order on Fridays to get my stuff by Saturday or no later than Sunday. During the week does me no good because I'm not home.

What up with your delivery service?! It use to be soooo good and now I buy things for next day and don't get them for a week or I buy something to receive in 2 days and it keeps getting delayed for 2 weeks and I have to get a refund! You guys really need to pick it up!

This has to be the worst warehouse to get deliveries from. MOST of my deliveries from here are either lost, cancelled, or late( mostly cancelled). I even decided to change my delivery address to avoid this warehouse from delivering it, but sometimes I still get notifications it’s coming from the Chino warehouse and to my “surprise” there’s an issue. I’ve used Amazon for years and never had a problem until they started coming from this facility. They need to get better drivers or better warehouse workers because this is RIDICULOUS. I’ve complained about it to customer service and never received a call regarding the issues. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing bad service from this specific facility, but it really is miserable when you pay money for a service and NEVER get your item. I hope Amazon really checks their reviews and fix this issue because obviously people at this specific place does not care about their jobs.

I have 8 pkgs that were supposed to be delivered to an Amazon Locker in Ontario yesterday. Packages went "out for delivery" yesterday morning from this location. Last night they were returned here undelivered. How does a driver not make delivery to a 24 hour AMAZON LOCKER location?! Now all packages say they will be delivered within 3 days. I WONT BE HERE IN 3 DAYS. I have to leave at 4am tomorrow for Michigan. I am a truck driver. I spent a lot of time planning this delivery to a truck stop Locker location at a time that I would be there. I also spent a lot of time shopping on Amazon. This is time, so valuable to a long haul driver, I can never get back. And this isn't the first time this has happened. The whole point of having my Prime membership is to be able to get these deliveries while on the road. I may as well cancel it. I'll just stick to Walmarts from now on.

Almost everyone here is awesome to work with, lots of hard workers and fun personalities. The work itself was also pretty easy for morning shift, but the girl Mackenzie was always terrible to be around and was cold and bossy to nearly everyone in the warehouse. She need an attitude check because the world doesnt revolve around her and her group, and shes the only real issue in the warehouse for base employees. She has a superiority complex and is not fit to be in a management role currently.

They give flex drivers, blocks start after business hours, packages of business locations or mailboxes stores from time to time . When you return undelivered packages they downgrade your standing, yes, it's your fault if you can't deliver those packages AFTER business hours!

I used to get all deliveries from Riverside. Last 4 months everything comes out of Chino. Items arrive early am in Chino and never get out before 10. Never get early in day deliveries anymore. Guess I need to stop being lazy and go back to the stores.

This station is usually the most on time as far as getting in and out but their traffic management is not wonderful. Kettle parking and cramped lot.

This place is always busy during the daytime if you’re delivering a load here it will take you 2 to 3 hours most of the time.

The employees are very hard-working efficient people and extremely enjoyable to work there. Management is all so awesome and very helpful.
