I’m disabled and it takes a lot for me to get my wheelchair off the car. This is why I do store pick up’s. Please tell me why this store is the only market that gives me a headache. Now before you start with “another Karen” Hear me out and read the these examples:A. I placed a store pick up order I get a notification that the items are not available but I go in the store and they are right there on the shelf.B. I ordered Turkey dinner items which included a jar of turkey gravy, mash potatoes, turkey breast etc. I get a notification that they have substituted my turkey gravy with PORK gravy. Like someone really looked at the order and said “I don’t see a jar of turkey gravy.but I bet this pork gravy will work”. Why not think that a can of turkey gravy or maybe even a jar of chicken gravy would be the best option considering they are both from the bird family. Nope they guessed pork. SMH Make it make sense to me but who am I other than the person eating it. BTW I went inside and grabbed two cans of turkey gravy,C. Why when they substitute items they do NOT go according to the sale promotions. They have twelve PACKS of Coke products on sale for buy 2 GET 3 FREE. I order 4 packs of Coke and 1pk of Sprite but get told the Sprite is not available so the remove it and add a two litter of Sprite. Now I lost the discount rather than them offering another pack that is part of the discount. I had to have them remove all the sodas from the order and go inside to buy them.D. I order 5lb of steaks for a dinner I was hosting. Notified it’s not available and substituted it with a 1lb pack. There I am again going in the store to buy 4 additional 1lb packs to make it 5lbs.You only get the additional star cause you’re not in Pomona.Other than that your store pick up game needs work but in the event Albertsons does decide to hire a part time/contracted training manager I’m available.

Director Eileen Valdez was completely rude and my husband and I were just asking about the discounts on chips and we wrrr leaving and not only did she laugh once but twice at usWe have shopped there over 30 years and I am just so disappointed but I to a new store calling the district manager also

The cashiers here are great. Very nice people. They are understaffed at the registers for some reason continually in the last 3 years I have been coming here and the self checkouts are never open. The store is kinda dingy, but I like coming here because of the cashiers.

Disappointed ...I have always purchased cakes for events , this was my LAST!! First things first the lady who works in the bakery department definitely needs customer service training or stay in the back. Her attitude is TRASH, doesn't say how can I help you, just "what do you need" . Anyway I order a cake and it was terrible I couldn't even serve it to my guest, the cake was hard , icing was disgusting . I was so disappointed because in the last the came where spot on . Needless to say I got my money back the very next morning , but there was no trying to make it right , just gave me my money . When I asked of another cake could be made i was told "o don't know you have to ask the bakery , they have a busy schedule ". Excuse me ? I had a party and couldn't serve cake to my guest . No attempt to make it right , Kind words , apologies , attempts to make it right make people want to give another shot . Not me I will be spreading the word to stay away from this Albertsons bakery , and take my money else where

I hate going here. They never have enough registers open and it takes forever to check out. Tell me why the cashiers will randomly walk away with something to PRICE CHECK??? They really don't care about the lines here. I thought that it would be better when they opened the self checkout, but when I went one evening they only had 1 open... WHAY IS THE POINT?

Recently, I had an incredible shopping experience at Albertsons in Chino, CA. I was blown away by their great prices and the fact that they had everything I needed in stock. What truly made my visit special was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and courteous checker and bagger. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping trip. I highly recommend this Albertsons branch to anyone in the area. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This is for the deli. The chicken tasted horrible like burnt oil. The guy seems to have gave me a bad batch on purpose he brought out the chicken from the back not the case. Never again.

People are friendly and the store is well stocked and clean. I like that you can get almost anything there, food, carpet cleaner, movies, a great bakery and good prices. Their weekly ad had some good saving that I didn't expect. It's online and super convenient.

i’m a single mom of four kids I work Monday through Friday and I work hard. I pay my own rent $2300 a month!. I normally don’t do money orders but this month I had to do a money order for my rent. I’m livid, because she denied me because my credit card was it from a bank/debit card that I needed to go somewhere else that we don’t except them. As soon as I showed it to her, she didn’t want to take it.Funny thing is last month I used to make a money order and I kind of think it was the same lady.You know what Albertsons people do make money for a living especially when a woman walks in with three kids. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.Will I ever come back? Yes, of course it’s the closest market to me. I don’t have a choice. Will it be nice?! No!Thank you for not being my family Albertsons !
