Purchased a body kit for a Honda Accord. There were some scratches and scuffs on the front and rear bumpers (nothing major). You can tell someone had purchased it previously. The front and rear bumpers were off by over 1.5 inches. When I took them back to return them, AIT staff suggested that the problem was my OEM fenders LOL. AIT took their faulty body kit back but not before charging me a 20% restocking fee of $100.00. I was told on the phone there were no restocking fees if there was something wrong with the body kit. I guess AIT gotta make money somehow.

Purchased a 05-09 mustang carbon heat extracting cowl hood. Fitment was terible it was raised up 1/2†along the fender lines. Sent them pictures and they tryed to say my car was the problem. After many pictures and back and forth emails and phone calls a refund was initiated. They would not just send a replacment. I ended up purchasing another brand and fitment was perfect!
