I needed feathers for wedding invitations. After looking up several nearby options I decided to drive to Chino and visit PlumesNFeathers. The warehouse is a wonderful establishment with loads of feathers. I had no idea there were so many choices in feathers. Linus was wonderful in showing and explaining all the different options available that would fit my budget. I decided on getting some gorgeous peacock feathers. I am glad I made the journey because everyone raved about how wonderful the invitations looked!!! Thank you PlumesNFeathers !!!

I found this place from Google map said it open until 5pm. When I got there, I spend at least 15min circling around the place looking for the store, NO SIGN anywhere. I tried calling the place, no answer. tried again the next day someone finally picked up the phone said we're open until 3pm. I rush there still cant find the place and no one picked up the phone to guide me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business management

There is nothing to say other than great things about this company. Fast, efficient and friendly. They usually have what I need in stock about 90% of the time, and when they don't, they let me know as soon as their shipment comes in, or they find a great alternative that will work for me. I am a headdress designer and I live in Hawaii and there are no feather supply stores here so it makes it difficult for me to run my business when other companies don't have what I need half of the time, take a long time to get back to me (some take up to two weeks to put my order together!!!) or charge me ridiculous shipping charges (PnF gives you a variety of options to ship, which is very convenient). It was about 6 months ago when I was desperate to find a type of feather that I had to have in my hands within a few days in order to fulfill an order or I would lose the sale. None of my vendors had these feathers in stock! I frantically searched on google and then found the Plumes N' Feathers website. I immediately searched for their phone number and called them up. I left a message. I got a call back within minutes from a pleasant voiced woman named Paula (whom is always so helpful every time I need anything!). She was very knowledgeable and calm as I described my situation. Good news - they had the feathers I needed and could mail them out the next day!?!! My day had just been made, and my sale saved! The entire transaction was so quick and painless that after I hung up the phone, I actually got concerned that maybe they weren't a real company since I had just found them online and that it was too good to be true...When I got my feathers all neatly packaged a few days later, I was overjoyed - they really are this awesome!!!! I will certainly continue doing business with Plumes N' Feathers for years to come! 5 stars across the board!

I had been tasked to get the decorations organized for a friend's wedding. Found these guys on line, and boy am I glad I did! Ordered the large ostrich feathers for center tables, they were nice and big and fluffy. Also ordered peacock feathers for the return gift envelopes. Excellent customer service, would go back if I ever need to get feathers again.
