Been waiting for a tow truck for over 4 hours got told that we was not priority and they couldn't help us gave a run around about getting picked up then just told us it's going to be another 4 hours pray for me and my wife to make it home safely

Beware as the workers here aren’t well trained or incompetent. TLDR if you still want AAA do it over the phone and the LA branch and just come here together registration, but DONT do major things. Chino is unreliable.
Now I will explain my (what should be .5 stars). I don’t want to state names, or may update with names but when we initially switched over from another provider we were transferring all 5 vehicles over with AAA and explained everything we wanted. Went on our way and when it came to renew one of the vehicles’ tags went to the front desk and they told me that vehicle had no insurance. So whoever opened our account did NOT add all of the vehicles. Like, the hell!!?!! We complain and they add them now I understand the cost goes up but you think “wow only $xx for 5 cars and when you find out all cars weren’t added and price goes to where it should be you almost feel cheated and for their mistake, there’s NO deduction for the inconvenience.
From there some weeks go by and one of the cars in the plan need a tow. We call a tow truck around 6 Pm in the middle of our way to Vegas.
Now due to a previous inconvenience we always made sure that we always add the max amount of miles in towing. When the account was opened that was clearly stated multiple times. When we request a tow the tech explain we only have 7 miles and would be charged $600 to move the vehicle which since it we were in the impression the original agent added the longest tow like we added caught us off guard. So there again price increases again even though we were in the impression the agent added what we asked for.
And NOW. . . . . We had added my nephew a month ago to our plan and after needing a tow today come to find out I was removed when my nephew was added. REALLY INCONVENIENT!!!
To be honest, ever since we have switched to AAA it’s been nothing but a headache and multiple mistakes on their end. Maybe it’s not AAA but the chino office has really left a bad taste in my mouth and made me weary of trusting this branch!
You take time out of your day to get these things done and time after time they (chino agents) do what they want and cause more issues for us to spend more time fixing.
Like even with this, I don’t want to be sitting here explaining to warn others. I don’t want to have to do this but after all these major frustrating mistakes by the staff, here I am having to spend my time writing this out. Please, RUN elsewhere!!

The lady in the front desk with the blue shirt was making it difficult for me and my mom, we just wanted a handicap plaque and leave. She kept going on and on about our membership and making us stressed and wasting our time and patience. It's as if she was purposely making problems for us and wanted us upset.
I don't know if it was because we're asian and her intention was to be racist and make problems for us cuz we're asian
I didint catch her name but what the hell...

I am so disappointed in AAA today...I've been a member for over 48 years of course this is a generational membership but have carried my own since I was 18 years old. Today I came in to register one of our vehicles and because it's not in my name I couldn't do it.. tell me who is going to pay $700.00 registration for a vehicle that's not theirs ?? Then I asked if I could speak to the life insurance agent and they put me in the queue for auto insurance. After waiting almost 45 minutes they finally call me to tell me that he could not help me and I'd have to wait for the life insurance agent and put me back on the queue. I have to wait again and there is person ahead of me because of their error. I have to use the restroom so I go back to the restroom only to notice the sign that reads " Employees Only" and the door requires a code so I ask an employee if I can use the rest and she said "Sorry no!! it's only for employees" WHAT??? Really I can't believe this I pay a lot of money to this company monthly through life insurance, auto insurance even our boat is insured through AAA and not to mention a annual fee and they can't provide a restrooms for their customers, that is unacceptable. And I know some people can be nasty but it's not everyone else's fault The only plus side to today's experience was the professionalism demonstrated by Jazz the receptionist, who was not the original girl who checked me in.

I went to AAA and needed to use the restroom and was told it was only available for employees. I think this is a disservice to paying AAA members and is unacceptable practice. They make you sit and wait your turn to be seen and don't expect you might need the restroom. Very bad customer service and they should be reported for not providing members a needed and necessary service like the restroom. I hope they get reported and change this practice.

Went in at 4 o clock or so for dmv services for a new car title transfer and add this vehicle to my account. They stated I needed a smog check . Got all the information. Got the smog check done with in 30 min. Went back to finish paperwork and walaaaaa it was done. Less than an hour. Everyone was nice and polite. Thank you triple A for good quality car insurance services !

This is a review for AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance. It was a nightmare. 3:30pm was informed I would get a tow at 4:10pm. Learned after that time that Falcon Towing cancelled. BF towing was then scheduled for 5:59. Learned after that time that BF towing had cancelled and Falcon towing was again supposed to tow me. Learned later that I was going to be towed by Crossroadz towing who ultimately was the one who showed up at around 6:45pm. I made plans to have my car repaired locally based upon the initial time given and was completely frustrated at the created and unmet expectations that were nothing but fiction on the part of AAA and the independent contractors hired by AAA. I hope they lose their contracts. AAA was also at least twenty minutes wait for agents to answer calls forcing customers to click and type through computerized prompts. Since when is that acceptable? AAA has decentralized and leveraged technology to the point of incompetence and no accountability. Profit has taken a front seat to service. I don't believe AAA will remain competitive in this niche service space they created.

Having the membership for 20+ years has helped when a tow truck is needed. I have had 2 bad experience with the auto insurance and life insurance. Personally, I wouldn't get their insurance or refer friends to get it. You will be signed into a 1 year contract, but they will tell you is month to month without explanation. If you cancel before the contract you will be charged a parcial percentage fee.

Don't go chino branch to do any insurance . Their stuff was not even professional . Every time different person can not fix the problem .kick balls , e-mail , no reply . Phone calls , no answer . Pasos Renee . Could not believe , simple problem takes Two months . Finally fix it at other branch less than an hour .
