I’ve used storage units here off and on over the years. It’s very clean and staff is friendly. Carts are provided to help you move your stuff in and out. Unit access hours are convenient too.

looking for a storage can be tedious & frustrating to say the least, but CJ & Jackeline went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and hassle free as possible ! a much better experience at this storage facility compared to my previous unit : friendly management, clean location and building/units, plenty of space & different size options, not to mention competitive pricing ! glad i found this location

I had never rented a storage unit before,but CJ was very helpful through the entire process. CJ took the time to show me all the units and was very efficient and professional. The facility is very clean and secure and gives me peace of mind my belongings are safe. Reasonable pricing as well. Thanks CJ!

We have been using this storage place for a couple months now. We had to downgrade our unit and the office team quickly were able to help us out the same day. We love the privacy there is and the cleanliness. Plus they have elevators so you can move your things to the second floor if needed. We truly appreciate the friendliness and the customer service we have been receiving. Thank you! :)

A Storage Place is simply amazing! Not only do they have the best prices in the inland empire, the customer service is A1! My husband arrived and the manager CJ Vega was extremely helpful and gave him the best price. This is our first time ever needing a storage so we had many questions and CJ took the time to answer each and every one of them. Not at any time, did she seemed frustrated, not at any time did she seem to hurry him along. She made this experience reassuring for us. We were concerned about having to part with some of our most precious items and knowing that the items will not be stored in our home brought on some anxiety and uncertainties for us. Ms Vega took that all the worry and anxiety away. I would highly recommend A storage place to everyone.

Purchased a storage unit with my cousin today! Thank you very much Jacqueline & CJ for being attentive & working with us to acquire the unit. Appreciate the guided tour & answering our novice questions lol. Highly recommend to continue working with them & use the unit for the long term. Maybe might acquire more....thanks again!

Spoke with a young lady for over 30 minutes who helped me a save a ton of money on a Uhaul reservation. It meant a lot to me that they cared about helping and saving money.

I love how clean and nice this storage place was. We rented 2 of the large units and never worried about our furniture or personal items possibly being damaged. This place is temperature control and that was very nice. When we vacated the units, my stuff was still in perfect condition. Didn't have to worry about rodents or any other damages. This was a big deal for me, after losing all my furniture with a different storage company a few years back, due to rain/water damage. It was hard for me to trust another company with my expensive furniture. I would definitely use them again.

I needed to stop by the storage unit to drop off some belongings. I had my service dog with me and the manager rushed over and insisted no pets were allowed on the premises. I tried to explain to her it was a service animal. Her training was for medical alert. The manager continued to insist the dog was not allowed and had to wait in my car and continued to insist on what my disability was. Not only is this against the law but it could have turned into an extremely dangerous situation if something were to happen without my service animal, while I was moving heavy materials. I am extremely disappointed in the business with their incompetence in their knowledge in regards to disabled community.

Today was the first time I needed to go to the office in a long time. A very nice and skilled "Jacqueline" was very helpful with the task I needed to complete. We have been very satisfied with this storage facility.

I've had no problems, the place is clean and well maintained. The only down side is the hours. They keep bankers hours, so it is difficult if you work a normal schedule to get there by 6pm or arrive before 9am.
