Went this morning and Rupa and Nazier were being so unprofessional and rude. bad service. they should be fired that's not how you talk to a customer.

The young man Jonathan that works there is always doing an amazing job and very helpful. Very clean and friendly store.

When I first was consistently buying from this 711 I got friendly and great customer service. For more than a year now I'm getting this strange behavior from the employees there. On top of that bad attitude, bad customer service from not only Rupa, Jawed the new employee but everyone there. I've done nothing wrong to these people nor do I know them personally but fact of the matter is they really need to change the staff or having an extremely better attitude.

Honestly very rude workers working night shift. I didn't get her name but she's the older lady with glasses and I wanna say 5 feet. Very rude. Hurting me up out of the store, giving me attitude and apparently close the store for an hour when they were three workers. I don't understand why they did that but very rude worker.

The older lady that works here has a horrible Attitude multiple of ppl I know specifically don’t go to this 711 because of her anymore. She makes you feel unwelcomed and gets mad at us for asking Simple questions , or came at us Crooked for trying to get pizza because she was too lazy to make it . That’s just one example . If she doesn’t like the job then leave !

So I needed to say something because this REALLY UPSET ME!! As you can see the price of this item clearly says 9.99. When she rang it up she says it shows 14.99 than she had my Fiancée take down another one from the shelf since she "wasn't tall enough" and it was marked 14.99. She proceeded to say Sorry but I have to charge you this price. I said no it clearly shows 9.99 and that's what you have to ring up, that's the reason why we bought it. So of course I was getting upset and said I need your District Mngr number to complain. It's not our fault it was marked incorrectly. I would of been ok if she said we will honor this price since it's our error but the fact she was so smug in her answer that she was still gonna charge us 14.99 infuriated me!! Than as we went back and forth she finally says to me "SINCE YOUR ACTING THIS WAY I WILL GO AHEAD AND GIVE IT TO YOU FOR 9.99" This is our local 711 and most of the time they are nice in there but this particular cashier always has an attitude problem. This was on 4/24/22 @ 8am !!!

The staff here is friendly. The store is always clean and stocked. My favorite store in Chino Ca.
