Had a great experience here yesterday. All the sales reps were friendly and one in particular was stellar, Alitza. I had only a couple hours to spare at chino hills shoppes looking for a holiday ensemble for a work party before picking up my kids from school and Windsor was my last stop. Alitza had a great attitude and made me feel comfortable with her advice and suggestions. She even let me know about a promotion so I could save a buck or two at check out . I left with a great outfit and a smile on my face . Thanks Alitza! I've always had good experiences at Windsor, dating back to 2001 buying my first dress for a highschool dance up until now buying work holiday dresses.

Justine is so nice and great at her job she's so helpful, I went in needing help to shop for my wife and she knew right away exactly what I was looking for and again she is such a nice young woman! Very helpful service from her I can't thank her more

Erica the manager and her sales associate also named Erica was super helpful! Erica went the extra mile by calling the Montclair location to check stock and asked them to hold it for me till tomorrow! She was super friendly and welcoming, made a great recommendation on how to style the outfit I was looking at!!! Thank you for providing super great customer service Erica!!!!

i believe there was 2 girls names erica , they were both very helpful when it came down to helping me and my niece finding a dress for her formal! she had it this past weekend and she loved her dress! just couldn't forget about the customer service they were honestly so helpful

The woman in here are so Nice & Helpful.(CHINO HILLS STORE)Bigger Store and More Variety of everything made our Dress shopping so comfortable and easy.would recommend this store Location better than the other Local ones ( Montclair or Ontario Mills)

The pregnant lady is rude, might I say first. (I didn't get her name) I bought a dress yesterday for a company event at the Ontario Store but did not wear it because I decided to go a different route. My daughter had ripped the tag off but I had the tag with it in the bag when I tried to do an even exchange for something different today at the Chino Hills Store (because it's closer to home). I had already picked 2 shirts for my even exchange, but she was really rude and basically said we don't do even exchanges for special occasion dresses. And said "oh you still want these shirts?" I told her Yes, so I had to make a whole different purchase for the shirts. You can 100% tell this dress was never warn. I have never had a problem exchanging something from Windsor at the Victoria Gardens Store nor the Ontario Store. Even "special occasion" dresses. I will not be going back to the Chino Hills store.

My daughter needed her first Homecoming dress in less than a week. We walked into Windsor with a dress in mind only to be told they didn't have it in stock. Needless to say my daughter was devastated. We ended up finding another dress that she liked but just wasn't sure about the fit. I asked Monique if she wouldn't mind giving us her opinion. Monique came right in to the dressing room and made an overwhelmed mom and teenage girl so happy. She was so kind and helpful. She came in to the dressing room and worked her magic. She honestly was our fairy godmother today. She helped us pick out the right bra and jewelry and made suggestions on how to pull it all together. Mind you the store was very busy. She never rushed us or made us feel like we were taking up her time. I really appreciated all her help. We will definitely be back because of Monique's 5 star treatment.

I went here to go back to school shopping. I grabbed the cutest stuff. Sam I believe was her is the nicest person ever. so nice and kind I can't wait to go back she's someone I want to be friends with. Anyway great job Sam.

To begin with the store is never open on time, sign says they open at 11 AM but I've been here twice and it's not open at that time. Staff are awful rude when trying to wave them down, they plain and simple ignoring you. I find it very frustrating that this store is near me and I have to travel to another location.

Came in on a Friday afternoon on 8/14 inquiring about shorts in a different size and 2 of the clerks were VERY rude and unhelpful. One girl gave me attitude, while another girl stood in confusion. I didn't get their names but both girls were heavy-set and Caucasian. The rude girl was ringing up another employee's merchandise. From my understanding, customers should be priority, not employees. Find another store. I'm all about customer service and this store clearly does not have.

I had a fantastic visit thanks to Cassie and her amazing service. This review is very special to me because I feel people should know the effects of kindness. I recently lost 50 pounds during quarantine and have struggled with finding my new size and style. I was feeling overwhelmed when looking for a dress for a wedding and at the perfect time she offered me help above and beyond what most would. I needed to find an XL and almost all the dresses were medium or large, she showed me that some fabrics had more stretch than others. Cassie hand picked an off the shoulder floor length that fit fantastically and flattered my new shape. She also picked some elegant accessories that went perfectly with the dress, I was so distracted with my sizing that I forgot I needed these as well. As a result, I bought everything she found and then some and I can't wait to wear the whole outfit! Thanks so much Cassie

It seems like every Windsor store has stuck up girls working there. ESPECIALLY this store. I've came in a few times and never ever was greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. I'd rather go to the one in Ontario Mills. This store is run by rude little girls whom seem to REALLY hate their jobs. I love Windsor, but people shouldn't feel unwelcome when spending their money at this specific establishment. I do my best to avoid this one that's for sure.

This Review is for the sweet & super helpful sales associate Yesenia. She provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had while shopping earlier today. Yesenia assisted me finding right sizes and suggesting outfits that she put together very tastefully. She made sure to check how things were fitting... she listened and suggested ideas. I left Windsor very satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Yesenia for all your help! You definitely rock @ your job.... it showed that you enjoy helping customers. Extremely respectful, friendly and professional.
