BE AWARE!!! Scammer!! Store made up fake Amazon return policy tried to force ppl buying their boxes and wrapping materials!!I already called and confirmed with Amazon, they DO NOT have new policy not allowing the use of original manufacturer packaging as return box.Sorry for those of y’all got scammed already!!

Went in to return an item of clothing via Amazon. They had a rush so there was a little line and only two employees assisting, but the middle-aged gentleman who helped me was very thorough and kind.I continue to be impressed with our local UPS Store. Always so knowledgeable and helpful.

I would not recommend going to this UPS Store location. They try to add on cost that are not needed. If you have an Amazon return definitely do not go here as they try to make you buy their packaging to make a quick buck off of you. They told me they don’t accept the packaging that Amazon uses and I saw them say the same thing to the lady in front of me. I went to another UPS Store location and they accepted the package with no issues.

Absolutely horrible. Do not come here for notary. The kid is inexperienced and the manager is apathetic, watching the entire 2 hour exchange and ever once stepping in to help. Disgusted with the lack of respect for my time and the lack of care by this owner.

Ridiculous store and stuff, it’s already said “ no label needed”, when return amazon, I packed in good condition and original packaging, he refused to accept unless I buy their plastic thing for labeling! Always try to charge you extra money!!! Never happened in any other stores! !!

The most unfriendly store in the area. Every time I take a packet there, they try to charge me for another box to put my packet into. I guess shipping charges is not enough.I started going to the UPS office on Peyton avenue.

I would not recommend to people dont have much time to wait.I dont care about rude attitude, but time consume.The slowest UPS store ever.

I am a local business owner and resident and have been to many UPS stores in the last 20 years. This store is run very nicely, the owner is often present, and the staff are courteous. I would rank this store in my top 2 of all the UPS stores and UPS drop off's I have been to in a radius of about 50 miles.

I attempted to take my Amazon returns to this UPS Chino Hills location as directed by Amazon. Amazon states this store accepts Amazon returns under contract with Amazon. The young man behind the counter scanned the items then insisted I had to pay him to return the items, saying they won't return the items for free. I showed him the Amazon return instructions confirming that they accept the returns at no charge to me but he refused to accept the items without a payment from me. I instructed him to cancel the return but he claimed he couldn't and instructed me to contact Amazon. Amazon confirmed the UPS employee was incorrect and suggested I take the items to another store. The employee was either unaware of their agreement with Amazon or attempted to scam me. Either way, I won't be using this location again.

Amazing customer service! I needed to get something printed for my wedding and they have been nothing but helpful. They even offered to cut everything for me so that helped alleviate a lot of the wedding stress.

Horrible customer service. I had a package delivery canceled halfway and they refused to give me any kind of refund. Partial refund would have been understandable, and when I called on the phone to cancel the delivery they told me I would get a refund. Go to a different larger store.
