“5 stars, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 2 days and have not received one answer. They reached capacity, yesterday, told me to come back 10 am, today, but they are still at capacity and not sure when they will be accepting donations again. So, I’m a little confused about visiting this location. The Goodwill location on central avenue answers their phone and says they will be ready to accept donations again after 12 pm, today, but to call to confirm before arrival. I really like the service at this location, already. So, I will be going there.Happy donating, everybody!!!!!!”

“Sold some stuff to some guy with neck tattoos. He was really nice and gave me a good price for my clothing. I think his name was Robin or something. I will 100% come back and sell more clothing. A great place in Chino hills!”

“I recently visited Motivate My Closet and was extremely pleased. This thrift store supports the company Clear Motivations which support individuals, youths and adults, with disabilities. As we entered, we were enthusiastically greeted by 4 employees and their leaders. We originally went into the store to look at computer monitors, but ended up buying other items as well. Kayla, the manager shadowed a worker named Matt and helped him complete our transaction. Her patience and motivation was refreshing to see. I recommend everyone to support this establishment. Way to go Kayla!”

“New in town. Hands down, best thrift shop in an area where there's a bunch. It's not a big shop, its more like a small boutique- vintage/thrift shop. Walking in you can tell it's not a regular thrift store. It smells good, it's clean and it's not over crowded and unorganized (Big deal to me) The prices are wayyyy cheaper than Goodwill, like half the price. AND THEY HAVE A DOLLAR RACK! When was the last time you saw a $1 rack with JEANS on it?!”

“People helping people is what this store is all about. It is so nice to have a thrift store in the Claremont Village. All proceeds are donated to local organizations that help people. It’s a great way to contribute to the community…donating extra stuff and shopping here both help people in need.”

“I used to love this store but it has become incredibly overpriced and disappointing. Some of the employees are rude and unhelpful. In the furniture area, the items just stack up outside which is sloppy. For instance, the dog kennels are filthy at $30 - getting weathered and underneath tons of other items in bad condition. The furniture inside is outdated and astronomical. You could buy new furniture for the same price. It's absolutely nuts. To top it off, there is no air conditioning in either building. There is a CA law against working in temperatures over 82 degrees but that doesn't seem to matter. This makes it miserable as an employee and a customer. There is so much stuff - I wish they would clean it up and sell at a reasonable price. I'm not saying that there aren't good deals or awesome merchandise - there is always a great find.”

“Recently I came here, for the first time, in donating a Cherry wood dresser & nightstand. I met Kevin who graciously helped in getting the items from my car. In chatting with him and learning more of who they help and how they got started, one could just sense the "heartbeat" they have for what they do. I will definitely be donating to 360 again in the future. May God richly bless what you do and those you help.”

“Excellent prices, fantastic staff, well organized, bright, clean, and good selection. We really liked this store. Easy to get to, good parking. I wish my town had a store like this. Will be a must-stop whenever we're in town.”

“Wow. Just wow.My first time here, my partner and I found such good pieces. I'll be honest though, we were nervous that we weren't going to find anything because of how small the store looked, but that worry was thrown out the window as I found a beautiful cardigan as soon as I walked in the store. I think we ended up with nine amazing pieces (in great condition) for about $70.And not only is the inventory wonderful, but the staff too. The volunteer that checked us out was absolutely lovely... it was just the cherry on top of all the good finds.”

“this place is wonderful. the lady that runs the place is the best. the store itself is full of cool and fun stuff. i live in LA, but everytime i pass thru this area i will definitely make it a point to stop by.”

“If you are a fan of the Acts thrift store in Pasadena, you may be a fan of this location as well.... As this location is a lot bigger than Pasadena. They have furniture at this location!!! And you can use your coupons towards furniture pieces!!! A lot of cool gems you can find here. Be sure to check out their boutique behind the counter. Their prices are pretty fair and decently priced... I go for the color deals and coupons! Can't wait to go back! Thrift on my friends. Cheers!”

“Amazing thrift store! There's many in the area but this one is definitely in the top 3! There's a LOT of great treasures, the prices are amazing & the staff is so friendly! They have a reward program which is something I think all thrift stores should have! My first time in here & I wanted everything! I bought many frames & lots of clothes. Will definitely be back”

“We LOVE this thrift store. They have a ton of great kids clothing and shoes and toys. All the employees working inside and at the donation center are so nice- they greet you when you come in and are friendly and helpful. There is a reward system and sometimes they will email you a $5 coupon out of the blue, and on Fridays there is a discount wheel to spin. My favorite place to shop for kids items!”

“I previously gave this place a 1 star during Covid, but now I love this place. It's where I get all my movies, picture frames and toys. I visit this place once a month at a minimum. I guess the guy I didn't like who worked there during covid doesn't work there anymore so it's a much nicer place. Happy to shop here. Monday discounts every Monday for students, vets and seniors.”

“I like the changes I see in this small Goodwill, only thing is it was a book store before. Now it's clothes, housewares and accessories. Not many books here.”

“OMG! The people were very nice. I was looking for a place to donate some solid wood furniture and I happened to call them. The manager, Tammi, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. They scheduled a time for pick up and the guys were prompt and courteous. I decided to go to the store to get my receipt for the donation so I could see what else they had. I was SHOCKED by the good quality of items they had. Here I was, trying to down size and I ended up buying 4 mirrors from them!!! Lol! They are really good mirrors and the prices were VERY reasonable and worth every penny. I also spoke with the guy who does the refinishing and of the products that come in damaged. WOW! He was so nice and accommodating. I felt so good by the helpfulness of all of the employees. I love going to Thrift stores and this one is a definite only list now. I especially like the fact that the money goes to a good cause.”

“I come here probably once a week. Small, but great finds and great prices. Great place to find pants, records, or little niknaks. All the comments about the staff can’t be more far from the truth. Everyone that works is very nice. They may be quiet, but that doesn’t mean they are rude.”

“Great place to get toys & clothes for kids!!! I wish there were more pants & shorts for boys who are size 16 to 20 (my son is 8 & is this size) but other than that, I found everything I needed for my kids & spent ONLY $20 where in some places for the amount of things I grabbed it'd be $60 to $80, so I'm very grateful for this place. ??Update July 2023… I still love this thrift store lol!! I can find a few clothing items for my son but I’m always able to find great quality items for my daughter - pants, shirts, sweaters, & shirts… love this place!!”

“It's a little more expensive than my fave thrift store, but they have daily percentages off. You still save plenty of moolah. The people working there are also very helpful, polite, and kind.”

“I got onto one of my kids google accounts to leave a review haha! We loved the people there! They were so nice and there was a very nice young man named will joneslock and his father that made the experience better. There collection of vinyls and comics are huge and just fun to look through! Thrifting day was a score!!!”

“I recently came in to shop & just look around, there was an amazing worker named Alyssa who helped me out and we had an amazing chat. She has such an amazing attitude and I'll most definitely be back to finish our chat also there was a tall gentleman who was helpful and had no problem answering any questions I had. Great team & great finds!”

“I love living blocks away from Savers. It's my go to store. I donate often so I always have a 20% off coupon, and on Tuesdays I get 30% off! I can find anything I'm in want of from shoes to furniture items. Inventory is constantly changing. I think the prices can vary depending on who does the pricing. Everyone has their own opinion ?”

“Goodwill is always a great place to find bargains and support the community. Having a 60 day exchange policy makes it easier to make purchases because you can always bring it back and get something else. Good selection and customer service”

“In my opinion, this is one of the best thrift stores around. There is so much good stuff. The clothing aisles are jam packed with merchandise and always full of shoppers. My daughter has found several items that are only available at anime conventions or on line only shops as well as a few brand new LoungeFly mini backpacks and rare manga's. She has also been able to shop here for her cosplay costumes. I, on the other hand, am addicted to Starbucks coffee mugs and can always find something new to add to my collection. This is a good place to find Christmas decor at very low prices. Each day they have color coded discounts, and it seems Wednesdays are the best day with some discounts up to 75% off. Yes some things are a bit overpriced, which is why when I find something I'm not too sure about I always price compare with the Google search. The check out line can get long, but the line goes pretty quickly and the busy days there's a full crew at the check out counter. The workers I've come into contact with, are always very nice.”
