This store is the worst there food is always rotten so are the vegetables and fruit the employees are horrible not all night manager Alicia is the worst very rude how they allow her to represent thier company is beyond me it's disgusting how she treats and talk to employees everytime I go in thier is something wrong or she is being completely ride and hostile to a customer or employee the manager julio is also horrible lies about his employees and will make his management lie about employees a employees who has been with smart and final for a few years asked to become key she has a illness that requires dialysis and he told her to her face you will never be key with your medical history

i'm really bummed because i've never had a bad experience at this store until last night. I was purchasing a small $5 bottle of wine last night with my boyfriend. The cashier looked at my ID and proceeded to smirk, and call over 3 other people to look at my ID to confirm that it was me. It was clear that the cashier just didn't want to serve me the alcohol and wanted to "catch" me in the act. I understand that checking ID is protocol, but the way the cashier spoke to me was very condescending. It wasn't until a younger female cashier came over to look at my ID and said, "Yes that's her she just has different hair"-- so thank you to that girl.

Just left the store in Chino Hills. Went through Vanessa’s checkstand, first time my daughter, and I have had this checker. I wanna say she was amazing, sweet, friendly, and really outgoing.!Great addition to the staff!

The cashier i checked out through was very sweet and helped us out her name was Crystal and she pitched in money from her own pocket to help us pay for our food!! Very thankful for Crystal!

Just went to this store and had the most unprofessional, rude,and disappointing customer service from Alicia night shift cashier. I call for her help and she completely ignored me and kept on walking. I followed her and ask her for help and she couldn't even turn completely and answer my questions. I ask for help for the meat department and she reply with somebody is back there. I ask for help for produce and she said, there's someone back there. I felt her strong negative answers and left to look for my self. When it was time to pay she charged me for a case of Barilla Ditanili and I had a case of tomatillo wich was completely different. I told her that she was charging me for the wrong item and she reply with Do you want rhe case or not. I had to take it and pay extra because she wouldn't understand and ignored me when I was pointing out the mistake. This lady Alicia was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store. I will be calling tomorrow to make a complaint. Please check your cameras and see for your self how she ignored me when I first ask for her help.

Gentleman was so personable and helpful. He actually walked me to what I need instead of just naming the aisle or pointing. I always appreciate this; not sure what his name was but it was early in the morning so I'm assuming he was a night stocker.
