Rito the store manager was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He walked my wife and I through the process of finding our sleep numbers and explained the difference between the different models. Although we ended up getting the top of the line bed, Rito didn't pressure us into the purchase and also didn't try to upscale us.

Rito the sales person was so knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the mattress and answered all my questions. He is an awesome employee and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. He even went out of his way to assist my friends who also have a Sleep number bed. Thank you Rito!!!

I put in my order over the phone with Steve who had followed up with me after my online looking at beds. I decided for now I just wanted split queen box springs for my queen mattress as when we just moved, the movers could not clear my queen box spring through the stairwell. Steve was terrific and walked me through all my questions with great attention. He listened to me and didn’t push me at all. He did explain to me about the adjustable King which will be my next purchase. I was very impressed with their service. My appointment date to receive my box springs is next week Tuesday. I am looking forward to having these split queen box springs for my mattress!!

I didn’t receive my order in three days as the store representative maintained! The UPS email showed my order is delayed delivery more than a week, I can’t have my order on time !!!

Was recently visiting the store to browse and was very rudely and aggressively approached by Ulises. Even if I wanted nothing more in life than a sleep number mattress I would never have bought one from him. From the moment we walked in I felt that he was not interested in helping us by a loud huff and eye roll..when he finally decided to talk to us, I told him I was not 100% sold on the mattress so he proceeded then to ask me, “Well why did you come in the store?” I was then grilled on my knowledge of the mattress and made to feel very uncomfortable. If I could give negative stars I would.

We had a great experience at the Chino Hills store. We were assisted by Ulises who was very informative and patient. We had a great experience. Can't wait to receive our mattresses.

Eric was great really helpful as i explained what i was looking for .for my husband coming home from hospital..and then due to circumstances had to cancel Eric tried but i had to contact customer service woman i talked to was great took care of it for me..if i ever buy a new bed it will be from them for sure great team work by all

Had the same issue with my bed going flat, multiple parts replaced and weeks without sleep I finally decided to return it. BE AWARE if you return your bed you will be responsible for the delivery and pick up fees. Over $500 I must pay for such a horrible experience.

My wife and I went it having an average day and left feeling absolutely amazing. Josh was our salesperson and catered to every one of our needs. The environment inside is extremely welcoming and friendly. I'm very glad this is the store that we end up landing on. We made off with a great mattress and what feels like a close friend after only 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend this location and the mattresses. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from this location. Thank you again Josh, we deeply appreciate your hospitality!

I have a bad back and am looking to buy a mattress to help me with it. I have lots of questions and Joshua was AMAZING at answering them all. I loved talking to him and when we came in he was so welcoming. He made myself and husband feel like we were talking to a friend and not someone who was just trying to sell us something. I only wish there was more people like him. Thank you so much Joshua! You are the BEST!

I see that most of the bad reviews are old so it could be that, but let me tell you that you won't see a bad review about Josh (Bowman). We came in just to browse (with the intention of buying soon) but Josh really sold me there and then with his honest opinions, his knowledge, and attitude. He gave us a "mattress tour" and the sleep number experience. We ended up choosing the best deal mattress that was $3000 off on sale (the iLE) after trying 5 different beds. Josh was also kind enough to give us drinks and pastries. Overall we were extremely satisfied and did not feel pushed nor rushed even though it was past closing hours. I don't know how the mattress quality will end up being but this store has a super star in Josh and the owner better give him raises and hope to keep him happy because Josh brings in money just with his social and sales skills. If you want to feel sure you're getting the best deal and product for you GO WITH JOSH!
