We did not expect the level of attentive service we recieved from Teddy Stock, our "sleep consultant". The store is clean, quiet and well lit. The "assessment" very informative and Teddy immediately knew what mattresses to show us. He showed us several different models at several different price points, answering every question with an abundance of knowledge. A very professional associate, and a huge help to us.

Matt Brown was amazing. We didn’t even end up buying a mattress today but felt compelled to leave a review regarding his STELLAR customer service. He was patient, incredibly knowledgable, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back to buy the mattress we want from him. Throughly impressed!

Very personable and friendly. Very informative about the mattresses, and made sure to engage in listening to the customer and their needs. purchase made easy and made sure to let me know the last day to order so my mattresses would be on time for delivery! Will be back

Matt Brown helped me out at the Chino Hills store. He was very knowledgeable and very patient and kind to someone like me who has no idea what to get. He spent better part of an hour with me and he didn’t even try to upsell me. I really appreciated the kindness and time he took to help me make my decision. Jessica Wise is the best! She helped us out so much when we didn’t even know where to start in picking out a mattress. She was super friendly, patient (even watching out toddler) while we laid on different mattress. She was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and knew her stuff, which was awesome! She showed us many mattresses and worked with our budget. Thank you so much Jessica for helping us out today. You were awesome!
