Just left this place not more than 15 minutes ago and Sales Associate Cassandra needs desperately to work on her people skills. Walked in and she just stood there staring out of the window. No "hello, hi" or "Can I help you?". If she cares not to be friendly perhaps she'd be better working in the back stocking the coolers

I paid $12 for a car wash, but I was disappointed. The water pressure was not strong enough, causing the leaves on my car roof to rush down to my windows. Additionally, there was soap residue left on my car. I'm not sure if they were trying to save water, but all I know is that I had to spend extra money to wash my car again.

Stay away from this gas station Almost all of their pumps have something wrong with them and make you go inside.

My to go weekly stop and always greeted by the team here in such a friendly way and it is nice to see the team here take us back to what great service looks like. They always treat me so great and remember me and the make good talk with I'm sure I'm not the only who thinks this way. Thanks to the team here for all your work you do to make people like me feel valued as a customer.

Be careful using debit or credit card here. You will have unauthorized charges to your account. Most likely employee that works in billing or accounting.

Piss poor service. The workers are drunk and stink. I ordered Popeyes, and the employees were awesome on the food service side. The gas station workers, however are pitiful There is high turnover there anyway. Different employees there every month or so. Pitiful

Never coming back again. Gas pump caps you at $75 when you use fuel reward, even though it was only 16 gallons of fuel. Fuel rewards allow you to pump at 20 gallons max.Employee says the gas pump does this all the tike for fuel reward customers. Told him I never had an issue with other shell stations. He looked surprised when I told him that.

The worker here called Dujuan is intimidating and a psycho. I could be spelling his name wrong, he is a young guy black with short hair. I came here as usual to get pack of NXTs, and gave him my id. He started typing things in the computer, which I know since so come here very often that all he need to do is to scan the back of the card, so I mentioned that to him because I thought he might not know this convenient way. Nonetheless he suddenly became stressed out and angry, and said to me, "you don't get to tell me what do to, now get out". I was deeply frightened and confused, had no idea of what's going on. That dude looks frightening and definitely has temper or psychic issue, and is not capable of such jobs. If you don't believe me check the camera.

Just walked in and the two women behind the counter didn't say anything to me, when I walked in at 11:40 am 12/5/2020. They were to busy talking to each other. I went to the register because I was going to get a drink and my car washed, they didn't even turn around and had the backs to me. I just left and from now on I will go to Chevron down the street!!! Bad customer service!!!! Not any Acknowlegement that I was even in the store.

WOW!!! I was in a jam this evening. The skid plate had shaken loose from the bottom of my car. I was able to ask for assistance from the cashier to help me. I did not catch his name but we went above and beyond to help remove it. I was so impressed and grateful for his assistance! THANK YOU so much Mr. Shell Employee and thank you Shell Station for hiring such a wonderful and helpful human being! 10 STARS!
