Edit**** since the owner is bothered by my response****My husband and I really enjoy the viral “Dubai chocolate bar” we normally go to the Rancho Cucamonga Rocky Mountain chocolate factory but we decided to stop at the chino hills location since we were in the area. He ran in to grab us a couple and he came out with these sad little bars. For almost $13 that is absolutely ridiculous! We pay that much in Rancho Cucamonga and we get a huge square! DONT GO to the chino hills location unless you want them to RIP YOU OFF with this small poor tasting chocolate bar…. there is barely any kataifi (crunch) and it was pure pistachio butter with an interesting texture. The girls working there were very rude. My friends and I asked for a sample and they gave us a small piece to share between us all? The fudge is so good but I don't feel welcome here at all.

Yummy apples abound. Try every flavor topping and don’t forget your furry best friend. They sell dog bones with canine friendly icing. My whole neighborhood’s fur babies are hooked. ?❤️?

I love this place, very nice and clean inside. Friendly staff. Their prices are a bit high. $3.75 for a piece of chocolate? Damn. Still good though. I like getting their rice crispy treats.

This updated review is long over due! Not only did they get the apple right this time I had two waiting for me! I have continued to do my special order since. The apple were delicious and the perfect treat! They had the cutest look! I almost didn't want to eat them! . Super shout out to Damian! II Hope I spelled your name right! And the maker of these two apple! You have hit it on the spot!

Never been here before but have heard great things. I went in to buy a dozen and half of chocolate covered strawberries but I was so over the person helping me that I just bought a half dozen. She didn't really know what she was doing and even downgraded the box my strawberries went in. Was over her attitude and couldn't wait to leave. I'll get my strawberries from somewhere else from now on. They were not even that great.

My favorite player on the planet for chocolates... And there's sooooooooooo much to choose from. What always brings me in is the caramel apple dipped in chocolate & nuts. There's many different kinds so try them all, I dare you.

We stopped nearby to have dinner and stopped in for the first time. The staff was very attentive. She helped us find flavors that suited each of us and our kids, and was very polite as the line started getting longer. We settled on several treats, and 2 stuffed animals for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Chocolate is lovely, staff is helpful and polite, but the music is seriously a problem. It's weird to go into a candy shop and hear incredibly vulgar rap/hip hop music entirely uncensored- while there are little kids in the store. The selection that plays some nights is something you would expect to hear shopping around Pomona- and for anyone who's unfamiliar with that experience, I'm happy for you. Truly. I'll update this review if the store owner steps up and takes the AUX away from whichever angsty teen employee is making my ears bleed thrice a month. Keep CH classy.

I had the best experience at this chocolate store. I've been to many Rocky Mountain Locations, but this one in particular was the best!! It very clean and well organized in there. The employees were very kind and accommodating when i was there especially a blonde girl Angelina (i think was her name)!!! She literally cut my apple perfectly --- I've been to a couple other locations where they butchered it so much it was just a mess to eat.... So Thank you Chino hills crew
