Great Staff and great service.
Couldn't figure out why my PC wasn't posting. Took it here and they quoted me about $280 and said they'd get it done the same day.
They called within a few hours and told me the issues and offered replacement parts. Then 30 minutes later it was ready to be picked up.

Computer issues and don't know who to trust? Stop wasting your time searching and come here!!
I fried my motherboard accidentally while trying to install a capture card, and promptly came in at 10 am when they opened and received my PC back THE SAME DAY. Thank you, Peter, for working so hard on my pc and literally replacing every component onto a new board. His price was completely reasonable for an all day job past closing, and he even waived my hard drive recovery fee. I highly recommend this shop and will always come here in the future if anything else goes wrong with my devices. Also, I had a very NSFW wallpaper, but the workers were still completely professional and did not treat me any differently from a normal customer. If you're afraid of scummy salespeople disguising themselves as helpful, come here and feel safe knowing you're in good hands. ?

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Quality Plus Computer, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Justin and Peter provided exceptional service that truly turned my day around.
Justin was incredibly patient while troubleshooting my laptop. He took the time to explain everything and, when we discovered that the repair costs would exceed the value of my computer, he didn’t just leave me hanging. Instead, he helped me explore alternative solutions, showing genuine care for my situation.
Peter then stepped in and assisted me in finding the perfect replacement laptop—at a price even better than the cost of the repairs! His expertise and guidance made the transition seamless and stress-free.
Both Justin and Peter demonstrated professionalism and understanding, which meant the world to me, especially since I walked in feeling overwhelmed and on the brink of tears. Their honesty and willingness to help made a significant difference, and I left with a fantastic new laptop and a much lighter heart.

These guys are amazing! They were patient with my frustrations and came to my rescue in restoring data and pictures from a corrupted system. I am NOT good with computers and don't understand how this all works. Mike, Peter & Ryan were all SO patient with me and tried to explain the problem and the fix. This is not the first time I have been in, and they NEVER disappoint, even though I am computer illiterate they were careful to explain how to move forward and helpful every step of the way! There is NO better place when you can't just "google" the answers.

My experience with Quality Plus Computer was awesome.
I was having a hard time trying to find someone who works on Linux Machines. Thankfully they took a Brand new (Piece of Crap) Windows OS PC and turned it into a Blazing Fast Linux Mint Computer! I am so thankful that they not only installed the Linux Mint but they did it in One Day! So awesome. Thanks to you guys at Quality Plus Computers.
Now my go to place for all my PC issues.

I had a great experience. Same day service and when the replacement parts changed from the estimate, they did NOT increase the price. They even cleaned my laptop for me.
I’m so happy to have a reliable laptop repair shop locally. It saved me from having to go to the Apple store and not have use of my laptop for days while waiting for an appointment.

I am glad that we have found this place on Yelp. Not only it has a reasonable price, the technician, Justin, is very professional, honest, and friendly. The person who answered the phone, uncle Peter, was also nice and helpful, giving me a quote instantly, and we don't have to wait long for order parts. All was just 2 hours' waiting. We definitely come back if we need to have our laptop fixed! Thank you Justin!

Please visit here if you have a computer problem. They are the kindest and most honest. I my MacBook needed a screen replacement and they did it in less than 2 hours. They also said they wouldn’t charge me if they were not able to fix it. I will most likely come back to get my battery replaced!
