“I want to give a shout out to the Service Deli. I had their mango habanero bake chicken and the seasoned bake chicken, both of them are to die for. The mango habanero is absolutely fabulous with great flavor. I learned the Melissa prepared and baked the chicken, she did an outstanding job. Along with the great food, Melissa provided excellent customer service. Every time I visit, the Service Deli team has provided great help. This store has become my favorite place to shop. “Yesterday, 7/17/23, I realized I had depleted my Benazerphil (high blood pressure) meds. I had no refills, and my HMO doctor had not yet responded to authorize same. I spoke with the Pharmacist Cheryl and she said she would continue to followup with my HMO throughout the day. By 7pm, she called me at home and advised medicine was ready.I would like to commend her for excellent handling of the situation, by showing expediency, compassion, professionalism, and courtesy. Only drawback are the crowds which I'm grown to expect from just about any location so there's no point in docking a star.”

“I called earlier in the day and spoke with Christopher, who was extremely helpful by advising me about the photo order I was about to place. I wasn't fully clear on how to do it and he helped me over the phone. Then I understood how to do it and placed my order. I went to pick it up and the picture was different than the preview that I saw on my computer screen when the order was placed. Christopher then pulled up my order and was able to manipulate it and fixed the issue. It took him a while to fix it. Being that my order was for Christmas, I was very grateful for his time and knowledge. I feel like I was well taken care of and the level of customer service that Christopher provided was outstanding. I wish that all stores I patronize had employees as helpful as Christopher. He is definitely a valuable asset to CVS.
