I give negative stars to an employee named Rebecca that works at this Chino Hills store. I hardly ever write a review but this NEEDED to be done. The worst customer service I have seen ever. Many have told myself and friends that this store has horrible customer service but I dont come here often enough to see it. WELL, with one trip with my daughter, I see it all! Doing a simple return, the young employee at the register did a return incorrectly (no big deal) but she seemed afraid to ask her manager Rebecca for help. I now can understand why she might have felt that way because this Rebecca "manager" had the WORST attitude I've seen in customer service. Did not want to deal with the return & then tells me, "I dont see what the problem is." Young child, if you look at the receipt you will easily see the problem. I didnt call her "young child" but that's my thought in my head. This girl Rebecca is giving crazy looks, no positive attitude and just back talk and rudeness. She finally admits ( which was SO HARD for her) that the other employee did the return wrong. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. She hated that I was right about the mistake. Do your parents know about this rude energy you bring to work? "Becca", if you hate your job, please know there are many young vibrant and ambitious kids out in Chino Hills that can take your job and do it 100 times better. Life is too short for an attitude like yours. To HR at this location, please do a better job in hiring at this place of business. The reviews and common talks of this store are not what you want in this community.

He was awarded almost the full amount of his claim for the pain and suffering my brother endured that cruelly cut short his retirement. Thank you to Helen Tomlin for her care compassion and expertise.

how's possible that store did not accept a refund from a online order? a so called "manager" by the name Lambda (It happened on a friday night - 6:20 ish) he refused it with an unprofessional attitude and for no reason- what a joke guy, even when I had my e-mail receipt he was not willing to see it. Can't hate the company brand because I was able to get my refund in the store located at Tyler Mall. Called other stores (West Covina, Brea and Ontario) and they told me the same thing that I was able to get my refund as well.....

They have horrible service. I sent my daughter on today to return some pants that I accidentally or again. The girl that helped her was rude and would not take her return, even though she had her receipt. She claimed that she could not take it because "it would ruin her inventory." Well, she messed with the wrong girl because I will be heading to the store tomorrow and I'd like to see her tell me that. She is a poor excuse of an employee. Who has ever heard of such a thing? That is so BS.

Rude customer service. Over the phone, I just wanted to verify the return policy and afterwards I asked for the associates name and she refused to give me her name.. Saying she can't give it out. Wth. What kind of b******** Don't know. They need to hire better trained, more courteous ppl.

I know it must be tough to find employees during these difficult times but the customer service here is really ridiculous. The cashiers are lazy, unprofessional and rude. No wonder retail stores are closing left and right. If I, as a customer wanted to be like totally treated to eye rolls and a could care less attitude, I could save my money and hang out with my 13 year old daughter at home.

Its just a mall outside. But the amount of options for food is pretty good. I personally think they should add more parking though.

I love pacsun clothing and the brand the brands they team up with . But it’s a little disappointing when this specific store is either closed for the day not even opening for the whole day or even opening later than mall hours ??♂️ And it seems to only be this pacsun store what going on here ??♂️

the employees always make me feel judged, saw a girl i hate in there. also take the extra 10 minute drive to the brea mall you'll be grateful.
