I went in looking for a replacement headlight for my son’s truck, yes I’m looking and not my son, on a Toyota and asked the clerk at the counter and he directed me to it. I can’t believe that the prices have gone up since I last bought them. Great service and clean store.

I went in with my mom to get our car remote batteries changed and this girl named "Cathy" (who is on the bigger side with a mole on her forehead) "helped" us. She started giving us attitude because we asked if she had broken our car remote because when she took the old batteries out, she managed to take the particles of the button out as well and we had never experienced someone doing that when we get our car remote batteries changed before. This went on for 20 minutes because she couldn't get the buttons back in its original place again because she had long nails. She kept sighing and giving my mom attitude, maybe because my mom doesn't speak fully English. Then i stepped in and asked "something wrong with the battery?" and Cathy replied "you can do the next battery so you know what i'm going through." Know your place of where you work to accommodate your nails. You work in a car shop where you might get asked to do tedious skills that require short nails. On the bright side, we finally told her to ask a coworker's help to put the particles back in and he did it in seconds. I believe his name is Juan. Thank you Juan. After this, Cathy gave us our receipt but literally threw it on my mom's hands and i finally confronted her about her attitude and all she could do is smile awkwardly. She also said she was the manager and honestly it's even more embarrassing that she's the manager but acts like that.

Great Experience! She changed my key fab battery in less than five minute after Auto Zone tried 6-8 different screw drivers and said the the screw got damaged and I should go to a locksmith or buy a new key fab. The woman is awesome!

Staff is kind and helpful. Selection is great, although they are a bit pricier than other places. Definitely helpful to find what you need in a pinch.

We visited this O'Reilly's location yesterday for a new gas cap. The store manager was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with disconnecting the tether post on the gas cap we replaced. We have been consistently impressed with the professional and attentive care given to customers here.

Female worker at night time told me: I don't test batteries at night time. Like ok? Then proceeds to ask a coworker if they test batteries. She is told yes and does it with so much attitude. So sorry to ruin your night lady

Ok this place is WAY bigger than the exterior suggests! Super clean, tons of products/parts, good parking (which is a lot safer than autozone's parking lot) and super helpful staff. I called ahead of time and they even had it waiting for me.

What a joke. Called about 2 bumpers for a radiator. Price $17.95 ea. plus shipping 5 days. Went next door to Auto Zone, $6.95 ea. will have it in 2 hrs.
