Horrible customer service! Rude employees! Hiring manager needs to do better! The customer in front of me had an issue too and they laughed at him because of their mistake! They offer a couple "super bucks" to make up for their stupidity!

In Oct. 2022, we purchased a gift for a friend in the amount of $22 and applied for a credit card in order to avail of their promo. However, we never received the credit card as well as any billing and completely forgot about it since Family occasions, Thanksgiving and Christmas season came soon and fast after that. We then received a letter from a Debt Collection Agency sometime in Sept. 2023 with regards to this purchase, still with a wrong address (house number is incorrect) with is now in the amount of $320 because of interests. So, I called the DCA and Barclay's Bank to inform them of the discrepancy and was told that they cannot do anything about it. I find this totally unfair, having to pay for someone's mistake. I will never buy Old Navy product again in my remaining years her on earth.

I tried to do a return here. I had the receipt and tags on the items. Manager refused to honor my return because it was 5 days over the 30 day return window and would only offer me what was the current price. Current in store pricing was 50% less than what I originally paid. I was pissed I wouldn't get back what I originally paid, I get if it had to be store credit but that's bullshit to not give me my money back. -I went to Ontario Mills and did my return and they didn't even question it. I even called before going in and they said oh that doesn't matter it's dependent on the manager if they. I hope corporate reads these reviews of their manager!

Very disappointed in our local old navy. My daughter needed to pick up something and we arrived at 8:49. Plenty of time to grab the item we needed. When we approached the door they were both locked. I took a glance at the closing time and it said 9 pm. A team member saw us at the door and let us know the manager would be able to open the door. The manager opened the door and said that unfortunately they had to close shop early. Being understaffed but we saw a couple of other employees. I asked if he could make an exception to let us purchase since the sign said 9 pm but he said no and laughed in my face when i was clearly upset that we rushed to make it to old navy before they closed. Jordan was the assistant manager and to be honest I expected more especially more professionalism than to laugh in my face and provide better customer service for the inconvenience.

Rude manager. I have been a costumer in this location since they open the store. Always polite and nice, but the manager working Saturday afternoon shift and the one of the cashiers, both horrible. What a bad experience
