The customer service here is abhorrent! They charged me twice for a single item and refused to just check and credit my card. Despite me living an hour away, Alyssa claimed it could only be done in person. I spent HOURS in multiple chats with corporate to finally have it reviewed and credited. A horrible way to treat paying customers. I’m going to be taking my future business to Home Depot. After my experience with this store and corporate, this is not a company committed to their customers.

Very friendly staff with so much knowledge. Helped me with my garden project and were very respectful. Huge selection to get through any home project. Definitely will keep coming back.

Lowes is your one stop shop for home improvement, they actually have people in aisle willing to help,you don't have to chase workers down to get assistance like at Home Depot

I needed to cut a big acrylic but it was hard to put it into the cutter, Richard helped me with Angel and two other men (I'm sorry I didn't remember their names) they were very patient and professional, then we talked about gluing the acrylic together, Mr. Richard took me to find some glue and tools, thank you very much because the other addresses low's didn't help me and just told me it couldn't fit into the cutter, they didn't even try, thank you again

It's been a while since I've been to Lowe's.
Dave in gardening department helped me with a few things. He was very helpful.
The store seems well stocked and was buzzing with people.
Good shopping experience.

One of the self check out lanes has a sign that says “CARD ONLY” which is intended to mean there are no cash transactions but is not 100% clear.
The payment system still allows you to request cash back but the staff has hastily blocked out the cash dispenser with sheet metal and magnets.
After inserting my card and going through the prompts on the screen I requested cash back because this was technically still a “card only” transaction and was still an option on the screen.
However, I noticed the cash was dispensed behind this cover. I moved the sheet metal to get to my cash and it almost hit my feet (wearing sandals) as it fell so it wasn’t like it was secured safely.
One of the staff approached me and kept saying “card only” when I tried to suggest that the sign wasn’t clear enough. Didn’t even care that the cover was unsafe. Didn’t try to listen when I said the sign wasn’t clear enough. Dismissed me when I said the system should have the cash back feature disabled. Maybe I am not smart enough to work at Lowes but safety is obviously not their top priority…or customer service apparently.
I find it amazing that he had enough time to dismiss a customer that was able to bypass their “security” features but no time to open a register and actually help someone.

I am an Air Force veteran that loves DIY projects, being on my feet, and helping people. When I saw this Lowe's was hiring, I applied as quickly as I could. I was super excited when I got a response back asking to set up an interview. I scheduled the meeting for 1630 the following day and woke up to a text saying my interview was canceled with no phone call or explanation. Later on that day (at almost 2200), I received an email saying that position had been filled. I loved Lowe's until this experience. Clearly, there is a lack of communication and respect for applicants.

Bad customer service they had me waiting for over an hour, All I needed was to confirm my special order for a customized french door priced over $5k, they kept saying Angel was incharge of that department, as I walked away he was just looking at his computer for over 5min at a different station, I walked over to where he was standing but he didn't even acknowledge
me.
THEY LOST ANOTHER GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S BUSINESS.

I will NEVER buy an appliance from Lows again! Tried to get a washer dryer from them, and it has been messed up every step of the way. After the delivery date was messed up, then they tried to deliver just the washer without the dryer 2 times, then they canceled the dryer without telling us why, then they said they would refund the purchase to our Credit Card, then they sent us a refund on a Lows Card that can only be spent at Lows... Do not waste your time at Lows!!!

This store has a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Worst customer service ever.. I thought I give this location another chance cause it was close to my house.. biggest mistake.. they lie about delivery and installation times because they want to make a sale and tell you things are in stock when they aren't. Skip this place and go to the one on chino hills pkwy or go to Home Depot. Went back a few months later cause this location is closer to my house.. flagged 3 diff associates down asking for help to buy lighting system for the backyard.. waited around 30 min. nobody came (they had like 5/6 employees standing around) then finally someone said they can help, but then walked off and disappeared for another 10 min. Until I walked up front to ask again and they all just stood around like idiots, so I left. Called a lighting company to come over and install instead of having to deal with Lowe's employees again..
