Another disappointing trip to Lowe's! After being told that they recycle rechargeable batteries I get there and am told that they do not take recyclable batteries! What a waste of time! Then I attempt to make a purchase but there are no clerks in the main check out lanes and I refuse to fall into their trap of self check out! I am not an employee of Lowe's and i will not work for them and possibly take the job of one of their overworked employees!

Stopped in Lowes.. Alberto showed up to help with rock selection.. he loaded them in the cart that he went and retrieved and walked me to stakes i needed. When I checking out he was waiting at the door to load in my car.. I have shopped this store since it opened That is the first time anyone had ever helped me.. and I shop for home repair constantly.. Thanks Alberto. .Linda Amason ... I loaded my own toilet at Home Depot and was told to cut my own trim ... Dont go there anymore

Lowe's a multi-million dollar company could NOT make a correct delivery. A simple patio set worth 600 plus dollars and Lowe's stills manages to get it incorrect. I returned my items for a full refund and now I'm buying at Home Depot!!

Needed to buy a short 1x8x18" board. Bought a poplar 24" board. Found out too late, it was twisted by 1/2" over the 24"! I will never buy lumber there again.

Wow! Maybe the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I'm trying to buy a whole kitchen of appliances and the "appliance supervisor" with a big 'ol 69 tattoo on her neck has literally zero ca skills. She barely wanted to help me and was basically reading off the website which I am capable of doing myself. I just walked and she couldn't care less. The store was empty by the way. Guess i have to ho home and figure it out myself online! I wont feel sorry for low end employees when they get replaced by robots. Jeesh!

Thank you to Tommie Blake for a great shopping experience. I came with a lengthy wish list for an oven and microwave. Tommie found exactly what I wanted and arranged to have them delivered the next day! I never buy my appliances from anyone other than the professional Lowe's Team.

I do not recommend anyone shipping at Lowe' if you want to lose your money! This store will only let you "return" your items if it has not been opened and only let you have 5 days to return it! Well, guess what?! Who returns their items when they do not even know if it works or not? They certainly do not.habe any brain cells at this store! They mostly sell cheap items here like their LG washing machine/dryers and any electronics! Do not buy anything from this store if you want to lose your money! The washing machine makes loud noise and they will not let me return it. I want my money back!!! Do not ever buy anything from this store!

Today in customer service i saw an associate get yelled at over a "karen" trynna use her husbands military discount and was told no by 2 associates. she started yelling and asked for a manager and saw a brown man and said he wasnt a manager. so she asked for a different one. A bald man then came up (manager i guess) and gave her the discount while she kept yelling at the other associate causing him to walk away. Management should be better at listening to their associates instead of giving in to "karens". DO BETTER BALD MAN! lots of you just sit in your office while the employees have to deal with upset customers upfront. give credit where credit is due instead of taking it out on your employees who actually do the hard work. :D
