I will NEVER buy an appliance from Lows again! Tried to get a washer dryer from them, and it has been messed up every step of the way. After the delivery date was messed up, then they tried to deliver just the washer without the dryer 2 times, then they canceled the dryer without telling us why, then they said they would refund the purchase to our Credit Card, then they sent us a refund on a Lows Card that can only be spent at Lows... Do not waste your time at Lows!!!

This store has a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Worst customer service ever.. I thought I give this location another chance cause it was close to my house.. biggest mistake.. they lie about delivery and installation times because they want to make a sale and tell you things are in stock when they aren't. Skip this place and go to the one on chino hills pkwy or go to Home Depot. Went back a few months later cause this location is closer to my house.. flagged 3 diff associates down asking for help to buy lighting system for the backyard.. waited around 30 min. nobody came (they had like 5/6 employees standing around) then finally someone said they can help, but then walked off and disappeared for another 10 min. Until I walked up front to ask again and they all just stood around like idiots, so I left. Called a lighting company to come over and install instead of having to deal with Lowe's employees again..

I usually shop at the other orange big box store but my friend needed me to help her pick up a huge rug, plus I need some keys made. The rugs she bought was discounted 70% off. While I was there, I also found a large patio dining table at a gigantic discount. I was able to walk to the front to get a shopping cart to load up the dining table, Dave from Garden went to the garden section to get me the cart and helped me load the huge dining table and help me pushed it to the cashier. My friend was assisted by Yolanda from customer service and Drew and they were very helpful and understand. Drew even helped me load the gigantic dining table into the back of my SUV. What I've noticed is the orange big box store is catered to professional contractors and construction so they rarely have discounts whereas Lowe's is focus on the DIY'ers and regular consumers so they have to provide better customer service. And my experience is this Lowe's in particular has a get team. You'll be sure I'll be shopping here more often.

Didn't find my item on the shelf so I went to the front wheee Yolanda helped me. She was so kind and helpful and between her and Ian, they made for such an easy pleasant shopping experience when I was dealing with unnecessary stress. Thank you both!!

Spoke to 3 different rep to get someone to pre-set window shades. Each one told me someone would be here to help me within a few minutes. After 35 minutes waiting around and flagging different people. I decided to leave as this is going nowhere. Manager came and says he can help me. As I was walking with him, I told him I've asked for assistant 3 different times with 3 people and have been waiting for 35 mins for 2 simple set of windows blind to be cut. He said he's not going to help me if im going with "that attitude". We left immediately after he said that. Utter incompetence and disrespectful. Store was not busy, this is a wednesday afternoon. What a total waste of time, not worth your time. Went to Home Depot instead

Late post, but just remembering the treatment I experienced from a young employee still upsets me. I came into the store and found what I was looking for, but then saw other items I wanted to purchase. I was thinking, "I'm going to need a cart". So, I go towards the carts, and this employee starts yelling at me to put my item down. I told him that I was grabbing a cart which was INSIDE the store because I was going to purchase more items. He demanded I "PUT IT DOWN NOW!" in a threatening tone. This young kid speaking to to me, (like I, a 56 yr old making 6 figures back then, was going to steal something), was totally wrong. I've since sold my $1.2M home in Chino Hills (which was paid off). Message to Lowe's: This kid probably made your store lose potentially more in sales than his salary.

They had the price marked for the wrong and didn't want to pay the difference that I paid. I have came and bought stuff here many times with no help from the associates or managing staff. All they needed to to was refund me the difference and make a customer happy.

Couple days ago 7/25/23 between 11:15-11:40am visited Lowe's in chino hill (Peyton street). Whenever I need home improvement projects or gardening supplies, I come here. It's clean well organized and quality equipment & supplies. Most of the time employees are very helpful but sometimes it's hard to get hold of someone. But today, I needed some supplies for my bathroom, like toilet, shower head and sink faucet for the plumber to come and install. There were many options, I didn't know which one to choose and had couple of questions. Luckily, one of the employees was passing by and I ask if I can get someone in the department. He said he might be able to help although he is not in the department, his name was (Matthew Weber). He helped me w/ the answer and ask other employees in department for guidance also. He was super helpful and guided me through the whole process til all the way to cashier. He was very friendly and helpful! :)

On 06/21 my husband and I went into this retail location searching for a Samsung package deal...Refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and over the range microwave. They have a large selection of brands available to see, touch and check out. We knew exactly the brand we wanted Samsung! We were not approached and asked if we needed any help. Okay fine no biggie I understand this is t a Car dealership with a bunch of sales associates running to assist! Alright after we checked the Samsung refrigerators we decided to look for a Sales associate...we were assisted by Rudy he was a nice man, used his handy dandy computer to help us place the order and was kind to show me the gas range and even pointed out it wasn't a convection oven. I appreciated the honesty there! So because Rudy was cool we give 2 stars otherwise if I could give a 0 I would. That wasn't a deal breaker because I prefer my air fryer over that!!! Rudy definitely was helpful and patient with us and even when his computer didn't cooperate with placing the order he did his best to assist and write down the order # and estimate pricing we should pay up front. He asked what day would we like it to be delivered we asked for Fri 6/23 because our contracts were going to help install the appliances for us! Fast forward Fri 6/23 the Lowe's delivery arrive but wait why was 3 out of 4 -appliances delivered? Why were we told by the company delivery courier the gas range was on a different pallet and will be delivered to us on Sat 6/24? Lowe's customer service who did you contact to inform a slight delay and update in our delivery? Management/ Leadership what process do you have in place to inform your consumers of the delays and orders? What system do you guys use? Have you considered upgrading your systems and software to allow your employees a better more efficient streamline system to assist your guests? Do you need to switch delivery companies if they are outsourced? There are so many ?s my fellow yelpers and I have regarding appliance deliveries? Why are we left to chase down a sales associate and hope to have a manager get involved to investigate the over promised delivery dates? You HAVE to DO BETTER! How is it that you have a refund policy of only 2 business days to return appliances?

I have bought several thousands of dollars of merchandise in the past couple years from Lowe's. Waders and dryer for my home. Washer dryer for a rental property. A refrigerator for a family member, an 800$ Weber BBQ, and just purchased over 300$ in stackable retaining wall block. They asked me at the store what is my desired time of day for delivery? 8-noon or noon- 5pm. I requested 8-noon. And scheduled my contractor to bring his guys in the morning. I just got a call from the delivery company. 1-5 delivery time. I'm am now going to have to pay my contractor for his workers time do be here for nothing. Or cancel and still pay him for his trouble. I had to cancel my order to right after purchasing to reschedule for the morning because my contractor said he could be here the next morning. The pro desk to order is in the back of the store and the customer service for returns is in the front. After going through all that they still stabbed me in the back for the total opposite I requested. I have had a night mare experience with the recent 2000$ washer and dryer delivery to my rental property. I'm am seriously questioning any further large purchases from Lowe's! Especially anything that needs delivery!

Terrible service from the manager on the floor on 6/5 at 12-1 pm, because I got none from whoever it was and neither did the staff here. Picked up a cart that was damaged and asked for a discount staff tried to help and caller for a manager several times. 30 min of waiting and no manger. I feel for the workers there when the person that's supposed to be looking out for them can't bother and the staff was like yup that's normal.

Don't ever buy anything from the store. They restock damaged merchandise and resell returns goods. Customer service is absolute joke. I witnessed a lady by the name of Yolanda working at the customer service desk hangup on customer and laughing while doing so.

we bought a refrigerator we asked to be taken home on Saturday to which they brought us a unit in bad condition. We returned it and they called from the warehouse saying that they would make a new order and that they would call to give details on Monday. In an automatic call it said that they would be delivered from 5:30 to 9:30, we waited and nothing ever arrived. We decided to call the store and no one was be able to help us to this matter. No one to solve it. Do not buy any appliances from this place cause they won't help you in anyway.

It's unfriendly. In particular, he was robbed without even receiving part of the money back, claiming that he had given cash to the return manager that was not given to him. It was complete racism.They are really bad people and worst. I will never go to any store from this company again.

Had to shop for a new ceiling fan. The trend has changed. I was looking for a fixture with four bulbs. There is barely any two select. Did you know they do installation here for a price of course. I was surprised to get help rather quickly in the light fixture department. They want you to check out. While they check you out. $12.00 at Lowe's for a plastic bag. Which is required in order to dispose of a mattress that sounds so ridiculous.
