Lowe's a multi-million dollar company could NOT make a correct delivery. A simple patio set worth 600 plus dollars and Lowe's stills manages to get it incorrect. I returned my items for a full refund and now I'm buying at Home Depot!!

Wow! Maybe the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I'm trying to buy a whole kitchen of appliances and the "appliance supervisor" with a big 'ol 69 tattoo on her neck has literally zero ca skills. She barely wanted to help me and was basically reading off the website which I am capable of doing myself. I just walked and she couldn't care less. The store was empty by the way. Guess i have to ho home and figure it out myself online! I wont feel sorry for low end employees when they get replaced by robots. Jeesh!

I do not recommend anyone shipping at Lowe' if you want to lose your money! This store will only let you "return" your items if it has not been opened and only let you have 5 days to return it! Well, guess what?! Who returns their items when they do not even know if it works or not? They certainly do not.habe any brain cells at this store! They mostly sell cheap items here like their LG washing machine/dryers and any electronics! Do not buy anything from this store if you want to lose your money! The washing machine makes loud noise and they will not let me return it. I want my money back!!! Do not ever buy anything from this store!

Today in customer service i saw an associate get yelled at over a "karen" trynna use her husbands military discount and was told no by 2 associates. she started yelling and asked for a manager and saw a brown man and said he wasnt a manager. so she asked for a different one. A bald man then came up (manager i guess) and gave her the discount while she kept yelling at the other associate causing him to walk away. Management should be better at listening to their associates instead of giving in to "karens". DO BETTER BALD MAN! lots of you just sit in your office while the employees have to deal with upset customers upfront. give credit where credit is due instead of taking it out on your employees who actually do the hard work. :D

I have decided to never shop Lowes again. I have already been disappointed in their lack of available help, only self check lanes available and charging for bags! Imagine that, a glorified hardware store charging for bags! What put me over the edge was today reading that a Lowes fired a 13 year employee for attempting to stop thieves from stealing multi thousands of dollars from a store. If their management wasn't so woke maybe they would save enough to not charge for bags!

Wouldn't let us use military discount even though presented ID because it wouldn't load to set it up. Home Depot is way better. Never gonna shop there again. The staff is incompetent.

This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!

Great customer service and selection. The employees are very helpful and walk you to the product you need (rather than just telling you where to go). The store is very well maintained. The only issue is - I wish they had Apple Pay! I had a whole cart of items I couldn't buy (obviously my fault - but come on, everyone takes Apple Pay.. especially big chain stores)

My wife and I recently purchased a pre lit Christmas tree but when putting together realized the bottom portion did not light. We remembered there was only 1 left when we bought it and rushed back to see if it was still there. I got to Lowe's about 10-15 minutes before closing and they fortunately had the 1 left. Reggie, I believe the SM, was very helpful and did a quick exchange no problem. The second works great and we're really happy with our purchase and ease of the exchange, thanks Reggie and team!

One of the worst shopping experiences in my life. I mean, every employee I encountered went out of their way to show me how much customer service is dead. Home Depot is right down the road, that's where I'll be taking my business for now on.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! Bought a rangehood from lowes, open the box the rangehood wasn't right for our kitchen remodel. Tried to return it and was denied. Didn't matter that we bought the warranty or anything the returns desk Manger was very rude and unprofessional when she told us that it was their policy that once an item is open they can't accept it as a return. Never ever again will I shop at Lowes. Worst Customer Service EVER!!! negative stars Go to Home Depot.

KRYSTAL is the worst and most rudest manager, we ordered double oven wall set on may 29th & they said July 15 we will have it , we still don't have it they said October and won't refund our full money back they want 20% which is insane , they are thief's and I think krystal is in on it
