Sold some stuff to some guy with neck tattoos. He was really nice and gave me a good price for my clothing. I think his name was Robin or something. I will 100% come back and sell more clothing. A great place in Chino hills!

Everyone here is too cool to smile or say hi. I’ve been to this store 4 times and have purchased an item every time. The employees dont give you the time of day, they’re all entitled and smug. Especially the Asian dude like smile bro god damn y’all have the easiest job in the world and act like u be working 12 hour shifts at a warehouse or something.
This place is so bad they wouldn’t even make it Sal’s punishment

tbh Lineage is one of the best thrift stores in the I.E. they got friendly staff, dope clothes, good deals, and great vibe. I just bought a supreme hoodie there and I'm getting hella compliments. I traded for store credit there last time I went and I will say its def worth. They give you a percentage of money or store credit depending on what they put the item for and you can spend it on whatever there. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIFIC STYLE, they passed on A LOT of my items but its understandable cuz they gotta keep their racks with only the stuff that will sell. Id say keep in mind if you ever sell there that they may not take most, but they do give fair prices for what they take.

After reading the comments I am not surprised I had a bad experience in that shop. I took a bag to see if they would take some clothes . It took the girl less than a minute to say nothing was great or fitting the style of the store. I was a bit shocked because I just made a tour in their store while keeping an eye on her. Most of their clothes are super used and not vintage at all. It is overpriced. Saying my clothes weren’t the style of the store was exaggerated. Store is full of clothes and not many people shopped there for different reasons. I preferred to shop at Goodwill for getting better quality clothes and better deals. Please turned off your horrible music. It was extremely stressful to browse .

Don't even attempt taking your authentic purchases here. Whoever checks them obviously does not know what authentic couture looks like. I literally had my purse in the box. I bought it in, receipt, and certificate of authenticity, and they said they did not believe it was real. The invoice from Givenchy with my name on it their card and wrapping. So if they couldn't realize it was real, then what do they have in the store? Potential not authentic items. Please get a real dealer in here to test authenticity.

So happy I stopped by and made a quick buck... I had 5 bags of clothes I was gonna just donate but stopped here first and made $280.00 keep in mind they are looking for a specific style. Vintage trendy stuff you'd find on depop or flea markets(: I came in without expectations and I think everyone else should too.

Inventory has been the same since 2020, they let the employees have first dibs on the actual good stuff. They also have an “employee rack” that they leave out in the open, and when you want to shop it, they say “oh those are employee holds”. Maybe put them in the back, or cover them with a curtain like every other store.

i use to shop here alot until they sold my gf a fake sp5der hoodie and said they dont claim their supply is authentic but still charged $120 dollars for it after some talking they decided to give her store credit for it so for that they get a extra star but overall BUYER BEWARE don’t get scammed for reps

They always take care of me when I get here. People get offended when they don't take their stuff but the truth is they probably don't bring in items worth selling. Always leave picking up some gems too

Dropped off a whole trash bag of clothes, they took nothing. I had a couple of Levi's and a cute dress in there, this place is a joke. Prices are way too expensive for used clothes.

This place is low end…cheap stuff with high prices. It’s just ok. Souped-up goodwill.

went in and they offered ,,, $8 for my new nike blazers (retail $105) their website says 30% cash so wouldn't that be at least $30?????? that being said i've been here quite a couple times and know you get more in "store credit" than cash so i always walk around with the intention of trying to find SOMETHING to use some store credit on. have never found something i've liked. im not sure if they're trying too hard to only buy for their own niche styles+only buying if it's a big name brand. not very size inclusive either.

Be extremely mindful when shopping through their "designer" section they have. There a lot of fake items within their store that they refuse to acknowledge or rather label as "bootleg". Do not buy any of the graphic tees without a second look or take some time to find the flaws. They do sell fakes at this store and are selling them as retail since the staff doesn't know any better.

I recently took a couple of bags full of clothes to sell. The staff is professional and nice. They are very transparent and up front about how they buy clothes. When they were evaluating the clothes I was attempting to sell, they were meticulous and thoughtful. They are very focused on particular name brands: Rag & Bone, Obey, A.P.C., Madewell, Everlane, etc. They bought maybe half to 60% of what I presented. They will attempt to make $238 selling my clothes from this dump. They offered $119 in trade in. I took the $71.50 in cash. Here is the rub. They pay very little in cash for what you sell. On the other side of the coin, they are probably making a killing and more power to them for that. Thus, if you have used high end clothes in excellent condition and want to dump them for what feels like pennies on the dollar, this is your spot. It is a better deal to trade. If you are willing to put in some work, you will make MUCH more money selling your clothes online on a site like Grailed. All in all, I had a good experience here but, I am incentivized to go back to Grailed; I guess I just got lazy.
