Araceli was absolutely lovely to work with on my taxes and explained things incredibly well. Their office is small but cozy and the team is very personable. Definitely an improved experience from screaming at TurboTax for hours on end at home. Couldn't recommend a better place to get your taxes done every year! What an incredible team!

I would not recommend Liberty Tax in Chino Hills. Working with Araceli has been a nightmare. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and communication was terrible. Our appointment took 3 hours, ugh! She gave back us our paperwork, but she did not give us a copy of the return so there was nothing for us to review. I left a message, no return call. I left 2 more messages, no return call. I finally got a hold her on the 4th try. She emailed the draft returns that said "not valid for filing". I had to print it out on my home printer (55 pages). Then she submitted everything to the IRS without me having a chance to review it or seeing the final return. I have questions about the draft return and she has not returned my call. They made a huge mistake. I still dont have my final return. Not happy!

Araceli was awesome, very fast and efficient. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell immediately that she knows what she's doing.

Got my tax return done here this season, I was extremely impressed by the service! My tax preparer was very competent and patient with all of my questions. She did a great job at making the process smooth and stress free. I loved the atmosphere of the new location, it was very family friendly and in a very convenient area. I look forward to coming here again.

They were very professional as well as helpful throughout the experience. The services weren’t charged or revealed as they as you go through the process and overall I was very satisfied with everything as well as the offer of help if I need to come back for any reason.

Charge way above everyone else. Only went here because it was last minute and my regular tax person was out of town. And they took over 3 hrs to complete my taxes which are normally done in less then a hour

I recently filed my taxes at Liberty Tax Service in Chino Hills and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. I worked with DiAnna and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the entire process. I had to visit the office on more than one occasion due to a form I was waiting on from my employer. DiAnna made sure to follow up with me and was eager to assist when I called in stating I had obtained the form. I’m grateful that my first visit to Liberty Tax Service resulted in such a positive experience.
