All the 5 star reviews are bogus. The company solicits 5 star reviews for gift cards. Oh, I highly dislike when companies falsely bump up their reviews.
Kristi Kim’s team is very professional. However, we constantly need to cross check their adjustments to our account since they have made multiple errors over the years. One error took them 1.5 years to fix. Ridiculous. Also, rates continue to rise and they do nothing to fight for their customers ensuring the best deal. Insurance is necessary but a lucrative business.

Kristi is an amazing agent -- she is knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and helpful. She explains our policies in detail to make sure we understand the implications of any changes. Her advice is practical and reflects her thoughtfulness. She makes us feel that she has our well-being in mind. State Farm is very fortunate to have an agent like her.

We’ve been with StateFarm a long time! Asia has been superb with all of our insurance needs! Rapid response from questions and concerns to auto claims and changes to our changes to our policies. We love peace of mind and also saving money! This office is truly like a good neighbor! #statefarm

My current insurance will no longer service CA, so I began to shop for new coverage. Asia, at Kristi Kim's State Farm Agency in Chino Hills, was amazing.
