In a world where it’s increasingly difficult to find trustworthy childcare, Kiddie Academy Chino Hills has been a true blessing for our family. From the very start, Ms. Pamela Fox, the director, put our minds at ease, welcoming my wife and me with a warm tour of their impeccably clean facility. She introduced us to the friendly, caring staff and thoughtfully arranged classrooms, making us feel confident about leaving our children in their hands.
Choosing Kiddie Academy has genuinely been the best decision for our kids. The state-of-the-art camera system allows us to watch them in real-time, giving us peace of mind as we see them learning, playing, and exploring with their classmates. Each day, we look forward to receiving detailed progress reports and candid photos, which capture our kids' joy and growth throughout the day. It’s been such a joy to witness our children’s progress—whether it’s their academic learning, socialization with friends, or overall growth. Seeing them thrive has made us feel even more grateful for Kiddie Academy’s influence in their lives.
One of the highlights of Kiddie Academy is the year-round themed festivities they host to celebrate with the children. From holiday events to seasonal celebrations, there’s always something exciting happening to bring out smiles and create special memories. These festivities add so much fun and enrichment to their daily experiences.
The team at Kiddie Academy has truly become like family to us. Their dedication and kindness reassure us every day that our children are in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Nice and friendly staff, clean facilities, and well organized daycare. My 2 y/o has been attending this daycare for the last couple months. So far we have seen positive growth in his learning and development, and he loves his teachers and going to school!

Hello, I enrolled my son here because I loved the whole environment of the school. They sold me on cleanliness & how if there are any actively sick kids in their school that they quarantine them away from the healthy kids. But after 2 days of attending, I walked in to pick up my son to hear multiple coughing kids. Aside from that, I felt a very unwelcoming & un comforting energy from Miss Pam. Which in itself is tough as this is my first time leaving my child with strangers. She wasn't very nice and or friendly. As a business owner myself, customer service is important, she never smiled or anything at me nor my baby boy. Aside from this we pay so much money on the tuition for education & cleanliness within the tuition and they pride themselves on cleanliness... a couple days after my son attended this school he has been in urgent care from contracting croup. It's sad that he only attended school for 2 days and is now so ill. I've un enrolled my son, 1) for bad customer service and 2) they are not clean like they say they are in that facility. It's all lies to get your business.

My granddaughter does to this school and it’s amazing. They do many events for the kids and even some invoking parents. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well and helpful.

This school is worth every dollar spent!!!! My 2 year old is only on week 4 here at Kiddie Academy and I can say we both absolutely loveeeee ittt!! My son has been learning so much already because of the different activities and curriculum being taught every day. From being able to watch him on the web camera and consistently receive pictures and updates on how and what he is doing throughout the day gives me the biggest peace of mind ever! all staff members have been super nice and helpful as well.
