I was introduced to Kahoots at an event where they handed out samples. I struggled to find a food that my dog would digest well and like to eat. Their house brand solved my problems. All my dogs have been on Kahoot’s kibble with good results and good health. I’m taking away one star for the management of the store. While the employees that I met originally were very friendly and customer oriented, it was obvious that upper management was causing frustration and issues. They have had constant turnover with staff ever since. The in-store staff are always pleasant and helpful, but it is difficult to get that “home-town” service and feel that drives the smaller businesses.

This place is an absolute joke! First of all it's not a "pet store" as claimed, they do not have any pets! Also if you're looking for anything to do with fish or aquariums don't even bother they don't carry anything. The entire back wall of the store says AQUARIUMS in massive letters and I was told "oh I think we used to sell them a long time ago" complete f@cking idiots

Always a must... Especially on my dogs birthdays! We love taking them to go pick out their bday treats and toys. Kahoots has a huge variety of toys for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds... All your furry friends and reptiles too. The store is always clean and has so many food options for all the animals. The staff is so sweet and inviting. Thank you guys for all your kindness and knowledge when I need help finding things or solutions for my pets. They also off vaccinations. Go check them out! See ya next time

It is more on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it if my pet is eating great QUALITY food! I don't buy from petsmart or petco anymore. I have a Pomeranian and he has had a big hair loss problem over the past year. He was dealing with Post Clipping Alopecia! His loss of hair started after we took him to a groomer in town over a year ago and they shaved him without my permission!!! Ever since 2 months ago, he has started eating Stella and Chewy's raw frozen food on top of giving him some omega 3 oil his hair has grown back a lot! Petco/petsmart only have freeze dried, they don't have the ones in the fridges like this place. I have struggled so much with trying every remedy to help grow his hair back before I came across this store. I also, bought goat milk from this place and he loves it as well!! I'm so thankful for this store!

Today we took our fur baby in for teeth cleaning. He had a lot of build up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job! His teeth are sparkling white! Thankfully, he was a able to have his teeth cleaned without anesthesia. Saved us about $325! Thank you Kahoots!!!!!

Kahoots, specifically the one in chino hills, always provides me with 10/10 service. Every. Single. Time. I'm always welcomed in and anytime I have a question about a product they are always 100% honest. I love coming to this store specifically because of the staff here, they are ALWAYS kind to me and you can tell they care about the well being of every single customer and their fur baby. I also love how it feels like a small business/family owned store compared to their competitors like petco/pet smart etc. my dog refuses to walk inside petco but LOVES the vibes at kahoots. (: Thank you chino hills kahoots!!!

Great staff and good variety of treats and toys. They have many dog and cat toys and offer limited small animal and fish supplies. The staff is friendly and has good treat recommendations. It’s a smaller store, but stocks a lot.

This location is our local kahoots.... today, I called to ask for help about an injured bird that flew into my window that needed some attention. I called to see if they knew any resources available for bird wildlife rescue, where I could take the injured bird. I like to still call and talk to people for recommendations instead of google, and I could have called our vet... but I knew Kahoots would help... and they did. They assisted me with the name of the closest local rescue. When I called the rescue, I was able to talk to a head guy over there, and he further assisted me. So thank you Kahoots, you help provide everything our dogs as a store plus some extra help along the way for questions...like they did today.
