Went in for a complementary alignment check, and my alignment came out to be fine. Although I did not spend a dime, but the manager, Rick was pretty friendly. He even told me about what I should do to maintain my tires and keep it running longer. Highly recommended.

We got front tires replaced on our Suburban and the service we received was excellent! We called and they were able to take care of our tires the next day. Within 2 hours after dropping off the truck they were done, super fast! This is our go to place for tires!!

Went into Just Tires Chino Hills for tire repair. Spoke with Thuan Ha. I got a screw in the tire but tire was not flat. Asked them to check if screw punctured. Thuan said it was not fixable by law due to location of screw and we can look at pricing for a new tire. I told him I had a spare. But asked again to make sure screw punctured before replacing. They did not check to see if it punctured they just replaced it and charged me $45 dollars. I called and asked the manager why they replaced the tire if it was not punctured? He said I don’t know and placed Thuan Ha on the phone again. I asked Thuan same question and his response was the technician was just doing what the work order said. Told me I can come back and they would swap it back. Never apologized and asked me what I wanted to do about it. No I don’t want to come back and waste more of my time! Now if I didn’t ask for my tire back I would have never know and if I didn’t have a spare they would have sold me a new tire. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would give a zero if I could. Untrustworthy and shame on Goodyear for trying to sell people products and services that are not needed. Anything they do ask for proof before you purchase most people don’t keep the tire like I do.Follow up: 4/3/24Been calling since Saturday to get a refund for the $45 dollars. Been getting the run around and left a message for Rick the manager on 4/2/24 and no return call. I called again today and was told I have to actually come into the store for them to credit my $45 dollars. The owners message below is a joke.They don’t care and since they don’t seem to want to want to d the right thing I will now reach out to Goodyear executives and see if they care. Going to also file a complaint with BAR and BBB.Follow up: spoke to an executive admin. today who kindly resolved the situation for me. They are mailing me a refund for the $45 dollars so I do not have to return to the store.

I was lied too, shown a picture of a bolt in my tire. Went to an America s tire and they proved my suspicion was correct. Deception will not be honored. Liars and theives

Got a flat on the freeway in delivery truck and unknowingly pulled into this shopping center. The manager closing that night helped us in the parking lot to patch our tire and give us air even though they had been closed for a few minutes and were getting ready to leave! Amazing service!

Came in as a walk in with a spare since my tire was flat. They took out the flat from the trunk to patch the tire. The tire actually had a hole on the sidewall, I was able to replace the tire and they put everything back as it was. In and out within a couple of hours.

The manager really treated my son well when he had wire showing through two of his rear tires. Hooked him up with a Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal for his first new set of tires. All the alignment specs were explained in detail, and it turned out to be another learning experience.Will definitely continue stopping at this nearby Just Tires for our tire needs.

Not always easy to deal with a corporate shop that caters to the mass market. One is often treated like a number or just another generic "next". However, dealing with this particular location was relatively straightforward and crisp. I guess in a suburban location, they are trained to be chilled and patient, especially with part demographics of stay-at-home moms and retirees. It has taken me two days, though, to resolve a relatively simple issue. No wonder it was so fast yesterday, perhaps I hadn't made myself clear enough. Today, I dropped by again and finally got the issue fixed. Appreciated that the job was done, also both the front desk and the mechanics were willing to spend a few moments chit-chatting, with no rush, dabbling on some of my other concerns on a car heading to it's golden years!

I just had a flat tire. (Perhaps with nails) It might only cost $30 to fix the problem. He recommended new tires. My new car only had 20,000 miles. He actually said my tires were too old and there was no way to fix them. Very poor service. I went to someone else's shop and it was done for $20.
