I started out gradually with them transfering my accounts one at a time as I have had some bad experiences with financial planners in the past. They have exceeded my expectations in their services that they provide. In addition, I have access to Trust management as well as tax planning and preparation, all under the same roof. There is coordination amongst the three groups to make sure that your assets not only grow, but are also protected. I give them a five star rating and I have invited my friends to look at this firm as well. They provide free class lectures on a regular basis that I can take my friends to. Awesome company.”

My mom and I walked in without an appointment with a complicated request, and Jocelyn Gray at the front desk was so respectful and competent in handling everything. She had to juggle between us and the stream and customers walking in, and did so with great grace. Two other agents checked in on us and helped us with small things, too. Very impressed!”

“I have had a Charles Schwab Checking and Brokerage accounts for several years.. The reason I have their accounts is for International travel. Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. It is apparent( from Reviews) that the Branch service is Systemically Broken. That is not acceptable.”

“Today, I came in with my 2 kids to turn in some change in exchange for bills. The bank teller (female) who greeted me was very nice and helpful. She showed me how to insert the change into the change rolls and she showed me how to close the roll when it's full. As I was in the process of putting the change into the rolls I was again greeted by a gentlemen named Kiely (Kiley). He was so nice and patient with me. He went out of his way to help me count the change I had with a change counter, he then helped me add the change into the rolls. Not to mention he waited in line with me and when it was my turn he asked the teller to help me and she too was just as nice as everyone else. Oh, I forgot to mention, as I was walking to the line some of the change had fallen out of the rolls. Kiely (the gentleman) helped me pick them up and put them back into the rolls (still being patient). I started to apologize to him and he reassures me that everything was okay and not to worry about it. As I was leaving he held the door open for me and my 2 kiddos and also for people who were entering. Overall my first time experience here was AMAZING!!!! I'd definitely come back and recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you Wells Fargo members for helping me today 2/22/23. It truly meant a lot to me.”

“***This review is for ATM use only*** I was in the Rowland Heights area yesterday evening. I needed to make some deposits at Wells Fargo Bank (WFB). There were 3 ATMs right outside in front of the bank. Very well lit which is great. Thank you WFB! It was late in the evening so I was constantly looking around to ensure nobody was lingering besides the people who are using the ATMs LOL. Surprisingly, while I was here making multiple deposits, there were at least 4 other customers who came by to use the ATM as well. Luckily, they came at different times so there wasn't a line. I normally don't visit the ATM at night... this occasion was indeed an exception! Happy Late Night Banking!”

“Very good bank. I've had my ID compromised several times through the internet and my wallet was stolen (at Costco). Wells Fargo has been wonderful helping me through their fraud department and when the thieves tried to use my Wells Fargo card it was denied and I was notified immediately by text. Wells Fargo has watched over my accounts and will immediately notify me of any suspicious activity. This is so important due to all the identity theft going on. I'm so grateful to them for this. Their customer service is excellent. Their costs are comparable to other banks. I highly recommend for your banking needs.”
