Mayra Mayra MAYRAAAAA you are A MISERABLE MISERABLE person. I lost a loved one before the 4th of July holiday and wasn't in the right state of mind to set up anything i had anymore so it all just sat there and went to waste, I finally mustered up the energy to come return my stuff and a few things didn't have the tag on it for the price but everything was unused and one manager refused a couple of things because the original packaging was missing but NOWHERE IN THE POLICY does it State that it HAS TO HAVE THE TAGS ATTACHED TO IT. NOWHERE. On the receipt it says that they value their customer satisfaction and that couldn't be FURTHER from the truth. Mayra came up to the register mid transaction talking about "what are you doing?" To the cashier as if she was blind and couldn't see she was doing a return and the cashier said she was doing a return then she started telling me NO! You can't return any of this! There's no tags! I said where does it say In the policy it needs to have the original tags and she started reading it, then read the receipt and LOW AND BEHOLD IT DOESNT SAY THAT BUT SAID SHE CAN REFUSE MY RETURN!!!!!!!! I HAVE MY RECEIPT AND THE ITEMS. I'm missing a TAG so she couldn't return it even though it didn't state that anywhere ??? She even ARGUED WITH ME IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE OTHER CUSTOMERS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING. She needs to be demoted she does not, by any means uphold to the hobby lobby standards of "valuing customer satisfaction".

I love this store to find special gifts, home decor, party supplies, gift wrap, cards, art supplies, journals and of course, all the Christmas decorations I could ever need. Speaking of Christmas I saw decorations coming out on the 29th of April, wow! I was so excited to see that, I can't wait for Christmas again and I really don't mind seeing it so early in the year because I can just start buying little things months and months before Christmas. Thanks Hobby Lobby!!

I had to write this review today as I experienced amazing customer service at hobby lobby, chino hills. I had 5ft customized frame with great price. I really want to recognize Oliver and Preston their great customer service. Because of huge frame we had hard time fitting in the car. They were very patience with whole process till I figure out the seat issue. Also, they made sure that frame is safe in car. Great experience.
