I went for a hair cut and beard shaping and they messed up my beard and they did not apologize and said the below "This is why we do not shape beards and we are not a barber shop. Only Barber shop shales beard."

Worst salon experience ever. I went there for my kid's haircut.There were telling me hair tool terms whether 1 or 0 is enough. How do they expect us to understand?! They were not talking to customers properly when we want to show pictures and treating us as if we get their services for free. They totally shaved my kids hair at the back of the head and don’t have the courtesy to say sorry and telling me ‘ there is nothing to be done’. They got the money also for doing the wrong service and for shaving and asking for tip without shame. My small kid now says he has no hair and feels for it. Such a terrible salon experience. Searching for some negative star google review points. Now I have to wait for my kids hair to grow, because of their mistake.

I travel from La Habra to Chino, followed Reena when she moved from salon. Reena ROCKS she is quick and her haircuts are with style. Want a nice cut go with her! Awesome personality too!

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever received. The stylist left long hair behind my ears, the trim on the sides of my head is misaligned. The left side isn't blended at all. The right side is a huge curve instead of straight across. This is my last time coming into a great clips. $23 for this. I'd rather pay more for it to be done right.

We came in for a child haircut and our stylist Reena understood what we wanted and was patiently cutting my child’s hair. My wife was standing near and giving more instructions on how we wanted the haircut and then the other three stylists Annie, Julie and Brenda wanted my wife to go and stand in the guest area. We were not disturbing or blocking anyone. When my wife said she was just looking at the haircut since we wanted the haircut a specific way, the stylist Brenda was very rude and we tried to explain patiently but she was insistent and very rude. This is not the way customers are supposed to be treated. We have been a great clips customer on the east coast and have been going for over 16 years and never has a stylist been so rude. We are here to visit family and we are never visiting this great clips again especially due to the way Brenda addressed my wife.Service: Kids' cuts

Great Clips isn't really a great clip. Not recommended for male haircuts. Lady in the first chair was the quite literally the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I still tipped her to be nice, but I had to go home and fix my hair myself. Left and right uneven and several places with long strands of uncut hair. She also stopped 3 times during the haircut to try to upsell other walk-in customers on their various shampoos and potions.

When you need a haircut that is fast and good come into great clips. Everyone is quick and professional. You can check in ahead of time online and there is always a short wait. This is because great clips only does haircuts and not coloring services. So you can get in and out.

If you don’t really care about having a “great haircut” then I’d say go here THEYRE quick but they do not know how to cut hair for men. That great at all .. 85% of the cosmetologist or “barber” here don’t cut hair well for men .. if you give them a specific way to cut they just end up doing it the way they feel it should be done .. plus they do not do a good job either .. if you ask for a simple taper fade they do not blend it in well. If you want a nice good fade I’d say go to a regular local Barber . This place will leave you unsatisfied if you want a really good mens cut . For example if you want any size cut with a high , medium or taper fade 0 or bald (for the fade) it won’t be done right . Just lyk so you don’t waste money . Other than that if you just want a alright quick cut and don’t want to pay a lot or wait too long then go here . (Btw the workers are nice ppl they just can’t cut mens hair well.)Service: Haircut
