I've been noticing that my car always got washed after other cars that arrived after mine. I've been watching, today there were 3 cars when I arrived. I was second in line! Don't understand the order of car going through the machine. I'm annoyed by this!

I’m absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience with the oil change service here! I own a truly unique and high-end Mercedes, a real rarity to spot. A week ago, they changed my oil, but we overlooked an additional oil reservoir. When I returned today, they provided a comprehensive oil service at no extra charge, expertly handling the extra 6 quarts of fluid. Together, we efficiently resolved the issue, and I was treated with incredible grace. James, in particular, was phenomenal, treating me like family. If you’re considering an oil change, forget the big box stores and head straight here. James will undoubtedly ensure your car receives the utmost care, making you feel like part of the family. This place is, without a doubt, the best!
I returned today to get my Mercedes S550 serviced with an oil change and once again the service that James provided was exceptional. He looks after you like you are related to him. If you go anywhere else for your oil change, you’re crazy.

I DIDN'T LET THE DINOSAURS, DIE IN VAIN! I GOT MY OIL CHANGED!
I have been coming to Grand Car Wash and Express Lube, to give my car a good scrubbing and get my oil changed.
Well, it was that time again, to reward my car for its hard work of hauling my booty around, with an oil change! Of course I went to my favorite place, GRAND CAR WASH AND EXPRESS LUBE! The staff is always friendly and do a great job! Shout out to the hiring manager!
Prices are really good! I got a full service oil change that included other stuff (I forget exactly), with the service I got a free car wash! The young men in the oil changing bays were really nice and didn't dilly dally, they were done in 15 minutes!
I'll keep coming back!

If you’re coming here make sure to pay with cash and not credit/debit. They double charged my credit card and they kept on saying that the second transaction would eventually be reversed. It never was.

Only my front seat was vacuumed. Back seat still filled with the sam trash. Windows very dirty, car air dried. My car came out and sat for 20mins b4 the started hand dry it. The guy drying my car too another 30mins to dry it because he was taking yo everyone else and walking off. I had to ask for towel to dry oof my mirror, trunk and door. I also had to ask for my air freshener.
Spent well over an hour at 930am.

This car wash shop really cleans every car by hand. The service staff are also very friendly. There are special offers every Wednesday. I recommend friends near Chino to go there and experience it

$44 (plus tip) for wash and wax and they leave my wheels like this. The guy also left wax all over the car. Spent another 30 mins cleaning the car after I got home.

Came in for an oil change and did not know it came with complementary car wash!!!! Now that's service. On top of that was in and out in about an hour.
